@@m.b.593 bph is the brand 5 drops down back of throat 3 times a day. I'm a big guy blessed with Viking DNA lol and a positive effect was I lost 9lbs a month without changing my diet. I'm gonna try low carb diet and I am hoping it accelerates weight loss.

@@annemurphy9339 I was diagnosed with Alzheimer's a few years back started losing people's names etc. Researched and found MB and iodine drops with 5mthf methyl folate and am shocked! My family and doctors are amazed by my improvement.

MB is life changing. I had been diagnosed with clinical depression and have taken many medications. They never made me feel better and even seeing psychiatrists didn’t give me the answers. I have read up on MB and found them in tablet format. Initially started off early in the morning with C+ effervescence in water with 15mg noticed from day two a change in reasoning and having a logical approach to my negative self talk. I started to see to feel happier more confident etc. I reduced the dose down to 7.5mg and this is the great level for me. It has an appetite suppressing effect. I have now been on it for a month and my agoraphobia has gone as has the depression. I believe that for a long time I have been suffering post traumatic trauma from childhood. I know see everything so clearly. I don’t feel angry or frustrated. I feel I have got my life back.

Very powerful. Took 10 drops, exellent focus, moore energy, easyer to breath. Got tbi brain, trauma, addiction history. Less is moore. Start with 10 drops only usp grade in the morning time, if taken at night may keep you up. Can upset the stomach to a small degree. Absolutely❤it, greetings from Finland

@@rickbourdier1408 Yes you can take Methylene Blue every day. It is good to start with a 10mg per day dose, regardless of bodyweight. Ten mg would be 20 drops. Take 10 drops in am and 10 in pm. After that comes dosing according to body weight. There is soooo much to know about MB. I would only start using it after I read everything I could get my hands on about it. Lots of MB is administered intravenously or by injection. There is a powder form. There is an industrial form never to be taken in the body. Only use the best pharmaceutical grade you can find. I'm studying but I'm not skilled. Once you know all there is to know it simplifies down to the basics you are interested in.

Ive been taking this for 3 months , 20 drops per day. Took it while i had covid but i dont know if it helped. First time getting covid couple of weeks ago and it was brutal.

While i agree methylene blue is incredibly powerful it’s unfortunate your pharmacy has chosen to put the price at over $100 a bottle while it ranges from $20-50 online..isn’t price gauging is illegal in most states?

Probably because they compound it to your specific weight, and they only use FDA pharma grade. But ya, that price does make it more challe ging, especially on top of all the other thing's we have to pay for out of pocket for fixing these absurd chronic health war's being unleashed on us!

Reading about nanotechnology and graphene in MB and that it is toxic. Also watched Chris Masterjohn’s take on MB and he said it could be playing with fire! I’ve taken it 28 days and my brain is so spacey and inflamed, worse brain fog…HELP!

Aquarium / Fish / Pond stores sell it in dilution, 4 oz for $12. in Canada. Brands Kordon and Aquatic Animals Accessories. If you've ever had aquariums you know how finicky the proper dilution of all things introduced into that ecosystem. I take a glass liter jar of distilled water and add 3-4 drops from a dropper. Distilled water has been recommended from other sources. Happy Health.

Mine from HealthNatura. Tried to work my way up to 20 drops, never could due to my stomach began to feel like a balloon being inflated. I heard it turns into hydrogen peroxide in the body. I got up to 18 drops, half in the morning, half at night. I really liked 10 drops in the morning, and stopped taking at night entirely because side effects and my own health issues. Cleared up upper chest congestion like no other but when I ran out, it all came back so now I'm doing six drops, morning only, and if I need a jump start to my morning I will add a couple extra drops, no more than 10. I weigh almost 200 lbs.

I don't know much about this stuff, all I can tell you is that it's a one ounce bottle that with taxes and shipping is almost 30 dollars. I always look for discount codes on the internet and often save about 10 percent. On the label it says 400 micrograms. I got my dosing from a yt channel called, 'Long Story Short.' with Dr. Been "Methylene Blue (MB) Dosage and Administration Approaches." I hope this helps. I'm not getting much help from my doctors so I just like to try different things, and I have to figure out a lot of stuff by myself. For some reason I got it in my head that one drop equals 10000 milligrams, I don't know if this is correct. I've also heard you should take it one month on, one month off. I like it better when I take it with acv capsules made with the mother, 1500 mg each, other wise I'm too bloated. @@ruud4508

@@smarzig Thanks. I tend to think it's self-induced gas from taking the MBlue. Either way, I drink "Emergen-C" comes in packets? Bought 'em at costco in a 3 pack. I find drinking half a packet near bedtime cancels out the ballooning. I do have Charcoal tabs that I bought from Bulletproof, I will give them a try too.

@@MDcustomRx no worries. Lol I was was trying to prove a point (laughing) and when I asked if he had watched it today he said, we’ll no. It stopped. I was like what? 🤣 so yes please make another so I can convince him! 🙏🏼 Anyways, I take 2cups of distilled water with 3 MB drops every two days. Getting him to take the iodine drops with distilled water, and to take a liter of distilled water with 1/2 teaspoon of magnesium was more convincing then MB. Its now his routine. But he’s convinced that it’s harmful. I tell him it’s all about moderation. Sadly my mister is quick to believe what we’ve all been told not to do and thinks because certain sites say not to use it that it’s not good for you at all! But I believe that’s far from the truth. Could it be that it’s the opposite? That we’ve been lied to about so many things and it’s until we actually have the courage to step outside the norm and seek knowledge and be curious for answers that could help us live a better healthy life. Food for thought. Sorry, just ranting.
