@Shazam4321 I've done alot research on this miracle thing I love stuffs like that from vitamins and minerals to eating clean for longevity etc, I found vit c blocks the absorption of MB, I also found methylene blue inhibit the production of nitric oxide and lower the red blood cells whith is a very dangerous things as you probably know. A friend of mine took MB for a few days and his blood pressure went up that's why I started the research, due to its ability to block nitric oxide it inhibit your blood vessels to expend causing a raise in blood pressure. Anyway I thing we should take low doses and monitor our blood pressure and don't take it like forever, take a few days then give it a break of a week or so then take it again, that's what I'm doing. For people who really need it they won't take this everyday either, doctors give MB injectable for patients so they take it only once in a long time, if we take it e ery single day I don't think it would be a good thing, just my opinion and each one of us should do our own research and come up with our own conclusions and take our own risks taking something we don't know much about it. I take 4 drops in the morning after workout, I need more nitric oxide while I'm training I don't wanna anything blocking my blood vessels from expending when I need the most blood flow so I take after, when I take over 7 drops make me feel hyper and anxious I don't like that feeling at all, I heard people taking over 100 drops a day I don't know how their body react to that amount but for me 4 drops is enough

There have been a treatment for autism that is not very well-known. It is based on the premise that the main culprit is the presence of parasites and yeasts. The book that explains the protocols and shows tens of successful stories is Healing the Symptoms Known as Autism - by Kerry Rivera. As you'll do your research you'll find strong critics against her as well as hundreds of testimonials in favour of CDS. I personally have been taking CDS for about two years with no side effects. The pro-pharmaceutic mostly Leftist media such as Vice tell people CDS is a dangerous product, which is evidently false for anybody who takes the time to knowing what it is and how it works. Found this so thought I would post. Also, I just measure out (my scale) of 50 mg of powder and put in a capsule. I take 50 mg 3x day but cycle off to clear it out: HIGH DOSES MAY BE DANGEROUS DUE TO MB ½ LIFE. HERE’S WHY… Methylene Blue--whether IV, oral, or in troche form-- isalmost 100% bioavailable, meaning that almost all the MB that you take in gets into your bloodstream. What’s the catch? Let us explain… How long MB stays in your body depends on its half-life. This is defined as the time it takes for one half the amount of MB that you ingested to leave your body. The half-life of IV MB is 24 hours The the half-life oral MB is 4 to 6 hours. Let’s take the example of 100mg oral MB dose with a 1/2 life of 6 hours. Imagine you took your dose at 8am in the morning… 1/2 life #1: 50mg left in your body at 2pm (i.e. 6 hours later) 1/2 life #2: 25mg left in your body at 8pm (i.e. another 6 hours later) 1/2 life #3: 12.5 mg left in your body at 2am 1/2 life #4: 6.25mg left in your body at 8am. This means that if you take 100mg MB at 8am, you'll still have 6.25mg of MB in your body 24 hours later. As an alternative example: if we assume that the half-life is 4 hours, then there would be 3.125mg of MB left in your body at 8 am the next day. Either way, if you take 100mg on a daily basis, there will be a high chance for potential toxicity because MB will continue to build up in your system. And high dose MB (especially >3mg/kg) leads to mitochondrial dysfunction and inflammation, not to mention more issues with GI biofilms and your microbiota.

An update. My experience was negative. I have had high blood pressure since age 16- now aged 85. I started methylene blue and my blood pressure went up dramatically. I got off methylene blue and it decreased. One of problems of aging is decrease in ENOS (endothelial nitric oxide synthase- arterial manufacture of nitric oxide, thereby limiting expansion of arteries).

Arginine and citrulline, two amino acids, can dramatically increase nitric oxide levels to cause vaso dilation and lower BP.
@exxzxxeАй бұрын
@@samuelfox8126 Please read the research, as I have. Everyone has a biological mechanism in their blood vessels called ENOS (look it up). ENOS converts arginine and citrulline into NO. If you are unable to do so (for example due to advancing age with reduced ENOS), the arginine and citrulline are converted into something else, which later causes many problems. So just merrily taking the two is worse than not taking them if your ENOS is defective. However, thank you for your insightful suggestion.

Mix it with an EmergenC and it won’t stain your teeth - and tastes great! We have been using it for over a year. My husband’s recent knee replacement was a nuthin-burger! Pain meds for 2 days- playing golf after 4 weeks, and doesn’t have a scar. The surgeon was flabbergasted, but we didn’t dare tell him our secret. Added benefit- no grocery list now needed. Recall is soooo much better. Also, never suffer when going to a mile elevation.

I take it using a glass straw and the end of the straw is as far back in my throat as possible. I put the drops of methyl in blue in juice and I just rinse my mouth and brush my teeth afterwards. Tongue slightly blue, but goes away very very quickly.

Some researchers have suggested that mitachondrial dysfunction is responsible for diabetes mellitus and is primarily caused by seed oils end-products "gumming" up a cell. Do you think Methylene Blue would/could improve mitachrondrial function?

Great video, lot's of info but wondering why you didn't mentions this inhibits NO2 production. Your not the only one... most don't even bring it up and those that do just gloss over it. Seems to me to be kinda important don't you think?
@handelhumphrey85966 ай бұрын
That’s because N02 production is overrated, pushed by pharma companies when in reality it’s more like a cell toxin… cells always benefit from increased oxygen, not less. The byproducts of ONOOs are basically toxins for the cell, the mitochondria constantly cleans them up.

So one big question is: where do you buy high quality methylene blue at a reasonable price? Then after that, another important question is: how do you use it without dying your teeth blue or creating blue stains in your kitchen/house?

A different perspective on MB dose and cost effective. Dr Mercolla just had a podcast where he talked dose recommendation and was was much lower. He and Georgi Dinkov both recommended only 1mg a day for longevity (not other disease process etc) DR M recently pointed out that a gastroenterologist Sabina Ali pointed out MB destroys bifodobacteria in the gut. Also George said in MG doses can cause serotonin syndrome if taken with SSRI drugs.

Thanks very much Lance, very good video, a lot of detail and great graphics. A lot of positives. Apart from over-dosing on it (or under-dosing) what are the side effects, ie what are the negative consequences? ie if you are taking what is considered a proper dose, still, what are the side-effects? (ie is it natural, I find anything that is not completely natural always has some side-effects) If it is completely natural, still are there any side-effects? thank you

I have what is described as long Covid and started on methylene blue at 4 drops per day. I had so much energy I washed all my back yard windows and still had energy to go. Compare that to having been couch bound since November 2023, which is when I had Covid. Since I have chronic UTI, I upped my dose to 12 drops per day, (six in the morning and six at night). But I noticed my blood pressure went up so I have discontinued until it normalizes, and then I will re-introduce it slowly to find my sweet spot. I’m not ever giving up on methylene blue. It is a lifesaver for me. I am already flu vax injured so my mitochondria are in bad shape, I’m sure.

Absolutely fantastic video, Lance. Methylene blue is a miraculous treatment for my ME/CFS, Immune Deficiency, etc. I had Covid in November and haven’t been the same since. I did not take the clot shots thankfully though am flu vax damaged. I started with 4 drops per day. By the next day, I was washing windows, where prior to MB I was couch bound. Since I have chronic UTI, I upped the dosage to 6 drops, twice a day. My blood pressure is too high on that dosage. I am off of MB until my BP resolves, and then I will reintroduce it, starting at a much lower dosage. If the methylene blue continues to raise my blood pressure and I have to discontinue it, is there anything that works along the same chemical pathway that MB does, that isn’t known for raising BP? TY!
@NinNin-FeFe5 ай бұрын
Omega 3 will reduce blood pressure and hypertension plus magnesium, Not the oxide form. I was bedridden with hypertension, anxiety depression and brain fog from spike protein exposure. Worst feeling ever. No clot shot here either. I take 1 1/2 teaspoons daily. That’s around 190 drops. The more I take it the better I get. I started with low doses and then one day jumped in the deep end and there’s nothing like that first big dose. 💥 life begun that day for me.
