I already have an EDC screwdriver. It's an extension shaft for my Leatherman, and a whole bunch of extra bits, and it fits right in my Leatherman holster.

One is none ;-) But also, multi-tool screwdrivers and bitholders are not able to apply anywhere near the turning force this can. Yes they are convenient, but when you want to get serious, the MetMo Pocket driver really turns up the torque and doesn't need any special bits.

@TacticalReviews If you're talking about getting serious about repairing a wider variety of problems, I think you're in danger of leaving the realm of EDC. There's a limited amount of stuff I'm willing to carry upon my person. And that already includes things like a portable folding keyboard and phone stand, in my instance, and also a juice pack. Also things like a rain poncho and a first aid kit. I have a portable toolkit I take with me when I'm planning on doing repairs, which includes screwdrivers, a small socket set, an adjustable wrench, a lightweight hammer, and other things like that, but I don't walk around with it.
