Yep, feel free to use this as a reference like a refresher training about basic call flow and as a general product knowledge if you're going to apply in a metro by t-mobile acct. also mention the idea of 'AER' (Acknowledgement Empathy and Reassurance) as the important aspects in a call center customer service. Yeah actually I've been thinking about doing more call center content in the future, maybe next time I'll try to do a vid about an irate troubleshooting mock call or maybe do's and don'ts about being a csr in metro by t-mob. Well when I started to apply as a newbie, I had zero knowledge and experience working in a call center too. Just stay positive and don't overthink about passing or failing but instead you must focus on learning. Once your trainers see your willingness to learn and determination to do the job right, then you'll get a better chance to pass the training. good luck 👍

Well if that's what they said, then they could be giving you a lowkey hint that the t-mobile account and that bpo company itself is so toxic that it's deadly, and what they said hoping that you'll get there alive means for you to simply pass the training and be able to handle the account. lol, just kidding. I don't mean to discourage and to be honest with you what I can say is that most telco accounts are toxic and I can say by experience that t-mobile is one of them, but still it's worth a try and it's a good training ground for you to get a lot of bpo work experience also it's known that the the t-mobile account has a lot of incentives if you can handle their metrics. I say just have faith, stay focused and good luck with you to pass the training. Best wishes and thank you for watching.

omg sobrang creative po!! ang fun! training ko po kc next month sa iqor rin hehe huhu baka may advice po pano maging better sa pagiging funny and creative po? haha like ano po ba mga shows na massuggest nyo? ang interesting lang po kc parang ang lawak po ng fun vocab nyo sa english unlike sa stiff scripting na napapanood ko po by far

Well hindi din naman po ako gaanong kahusay noong nagsimula ako, mahahasa din ang english talking skills mo as time passes by, as in sanayan lang din. When it comes on shows to watch in relation to call centers I suggest you watch the YT channel of "Kitboga" and you may also learn about american humour by watcing "Trevor Noah". Additional TV series I can suggest is "Breaking Bad" and "Better Call Saul". Also when it comes to being creative and funny, I suggest or advice that you may try rhyming words a little bit, especially when you greet your customer, here's an example, I made a carrier greeting for you, if your name is Klein, try this: "Ready to make your day fine, this is Klein your T-mobile expert for today, how can I help." 😄

@@kleinhorneyfrommsullivan7719 No prob, pagdating po sa pagpalit-palit ng name na gagamitin sa call, yes, as long as related or possible nickname close sa real name mo yung gagamitin mong name. Like me for example I use 3 names in different calls, one is my real name Ronald and my 2nd and 3rd as Ronnie and Ron, but i can't use Mike or other names. I think it's not recommended to use other names far from your real name or nicknames because after every call the system will automatically send a survey for the customer with your real name in it, also if your call got reviewed by the QA and you got caught using different names you might get called out, they may also think it's fraudulent.

Is it true T-Mobile gives really good incentives to agents? We're currently on PST and we are gonna start taking calls on Tuesday with the help of our mentors. Any tips for me? 😊

Yes that's true, in t-mobile if you receive an "add a line" you'll have a $15 incentive per line, and if you receive a promoter call, you may receive a gift check depending on the event. Also they have what they call a challenger bonus meaning that if you meet and keep up your good metrics you'll receive a bonus :)

My tip that I can give you is don't overthink or don't be nervous, the learning is way better when you're taking actual calls in production, compared to the lessons in the classroom or training room. Also you'll have your mentors that you can ask questions with and they will guide you through any process if you're having problems with your calls, my 2nd tip is to don't be shy to ask for their assistance too. good luck :)

I know the feeling. I used to be like that when I was just a newbie, but due to time after time of taking calls and practice, I simply got used to it and nervousness seems to fade away. Best advice i can give you is to take deep breaths or take a sip of warm water before taking calls, also you might wanna avoid coffee if you're not sleepy, The important thing is to stay calm and chill, good luck on your calls..

Hello sir! Ask ko pang po kung talagang magaling kana mag English before ka sumabak sa call center or naging magaling ka po nung nasa call center kana po? Nahasa po kumbaga? Actually kaya po gusto pumasok ng call center para gumaling at mas mahasa english skills and ma expand vocabulary ko. Marunong naman po ako English pero gusto ko po talaga yung magaling. Salamat po

Hi ma'am, Hindi din naman po ako magaling mag english nung simula, basic as in tama lang po ako makipag usap ng english noong simula ko sa call center. Pero nung tumagal ako doon lang ako nahasa o nasanay po. I say go for it, as long as marunong ka mag english then pwede ka mag apply, but still mas maganda po if may practice ka at research about call center work din para mas maganda chance mo makapasa at matanggap po.

Bakit po kinakabahan? well i guess it's about the process updates and increasing demands of angry customers leading to telecommunication overload and poor product quality, therefore making the job or call process complicated and more stressful, right? lol. Hi Ron this is Jam, sinulat ko lahat ng sinabi mo pati na rin si customer, meron lang ako di naintindihan sa sinabi mo bandang gitna medyo sa umpisa ung “ok so, Ron, i was able to check that what you said is correct, you have a $30 and that supposed to be $30 a month, but you choose may “jit” amount, that you have a balance of....”

Hi, yung balance po na $35? simple dispute lang po yan about sa monthly bill, dapat kase yung monthly nung customer is $30 pero naging $35 kasi si customer may dinagdag na extra add-on na $5 feature sa account na hindi naalis, either error ng previous rep o hindi naintindihan ng customer yung add on. kaya nagtaka yung customer sa monthly bill nya na $30 naging $35 :)

Alam ko yung main company ng T-mobile located sa Bellevue, Washington, and Overland Park, Kansas U.S. Yung BPO company naman dito sa ph na may T-mobile account ay IQOR located sila sa Sta Rosa Laguna at Dasma.

If sa T-mobile account lang po hindi ako sure kung may script na kailangan i-follow, malamang meron din po, I think most bpo naman may call assist for reference. Samin kase sa Metro By T-Mobile meron din naman script sa call assist pero di totally neccesary, I mean pwede ka mag freestyle as long as madeliver mo nang maayos in a good manner yung mga sagot mo, like sa opening spiel for example, pwede ka mag invent ng sarili mong unique opening spiel sa metro as long as the company name and your id no. is mentioned. Ako personaly di ko masyado sinusunod mga script para hindi robotic yung dating ko sa customer, mahilig din kasi ako mag rapport para hindi boring yung conversation kaya di ko masyado trip yung mga scripts.

@@liezellopez1014 Yes po halos lahat tinuturo at matututunan mo sa training, yung mga solutions na kailangan i-apply sa call depende sa concern ng caller. Halimbawa itong video ko tungkol to sa billing inquiry with customer request, pero sa metro iba-ibang call types meron, may tungkol sa Billing, Troubleshooting, Customer request, at Inquiries/General questions. Just in case na newbie ka, Lahat ng call types na yan may referrence na parang manual para ma-guide ka kung ano gagawin mo sa mga calls, magkakaron ka ng apps tools o call assist na na pwede mong gamitin once hired ka na, Kung iisipin parang mahirap pero madali lang talaga pag natuto ka na sa training Respect po Goodluck :)

Yes, meron sila payment arrangements. like for example iibahin yung due date payment ng account on a later or earlier date, pero sa process na yan merong pro-rated o rollover charges na need bayaran due immediately. I don't know about sprint, but I think they have the same process since they're both prepaid services.

Hi, meaning po ng metro pcs yung "Metro" ang brand name nila, I'm not really sure kung bakit yun ang napiling name nya, but I think the meaning is literally "Metro as in like Major Cities or Urban areas" na kung saan lang available services nila sa US. Meaning ang majority ng coverage area nung signal nila ay sa urban areas tulad ng cities at hindi sila available sa rural areas tulad ng mga bundok, deserts, islands or far provinces na hindi abot ng signal nila. Yun namang PCS sa metro meaning nun ay "Personal Communication Services" if I remember correctly. In short meaning po ng Metro PCS prepaid services sila sa US na owned din ng T-Mobile, almost same sila ng Globe at Smart prepaid services sa Pinas.

Well technically hindi ako mali, may kulang lang. hehe. nakalimutan ko lang i-mention yung option to send "otp" o yung "one time pin" via text, then nag-skip ako sa back up question. Pero since almost same din naman yung otp at back up question as 2nd authentication sa account then it's no big deal. walang mali dun. hehe. Also I don't work with Metro for now so I don't know if updated na yung authentication. hehe just sharing lang hihi.
