Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulation 2015, this is to inform you all that minor fire accident took place at
one of our unit situated at W35, MIDC Phase II, Dombivli East, Thane 421306 in first half today
i.e. on Wednesday, June 12, 2024. The reason of the fire is yet to be ascertained. Fire was
controlled within 2 hours of continuous efforts of fire fighters and no injury or loss to human
life has occurred in the incidence.
Further, we would like to clarify that, the company has adequate insurance coverage and have
already informed the insurance company about the incident. The company is in process of
ascertaining the actual loss caused due to the fire. Company is taking steps to ensure normal
operation at the plant at the earliest.
Any further development related to this incident will be intimated within due time.

This is terribly sad, especially with repeated incidents in Dombivli MIDC factories 😓. The Govt urgently needs to take stronger measures to prevent these tragedies.

​@@ketannraoWe are not blaming the Govt, just requesting to take safety measures to prevent such boiler blast incidents. The first incident was during May 2016 killing 12 people & injuring more than 150. 2nd was in 2018, 3rd was in 2019 resulted in the deaths of 7 workers & several injuries. 4th was in 2022 & last was this 😢😢
