Very difficult to choose. They're all very different and each one marvelous in their own way. They are all the best, though, for me, one a bit less then the others: Mezhdunarodnaya station. Also would like to point out how very clean all that stations were, very civilized people. In Europe you'd have idiots spraying graffiti everywhere and destroying beautiful historical sites. Well done! Loved the music you put as well!

Hi Nastia, I understand the older stations were built as propaganda for communism but i still think they look amazing. The UK railway runs at a loss and is subsidies by the government so nobody will make any investment in it behind the scenes the whole network is basically falling to bits. God bless you and all the poor souls that travel by train in the UK.

Very beautiful! Wunderschönes und sehr lehrreiches Video. First station and the Puschkin station. All traditional stations are most beautiful. Such a video you can use for city marketing, art and architecture as russian classes too. So you could make the same video completely in russian with different subtitles (english, german, spanish, portugiese, french,chinese, hindi,...). Rename it on russian (with translation), background music in russian. Links to texts in Russian and other languages. New playlist for such a video.

Such beautiful stations. These would have been ruined with spray paint and anything that can be broken would be here in the USA. The beauty of these stations unfortunately contrasts with the Song at the 15:30 mark which has the language that reflects the kind of vulgarity and disrespect that goes along with the destroyed and graffiti covered public spaces in US cities.

Who is watching? Police? Government looking for conscription violators using IA facial recognition? Putin sitting at home looking at pretty girls? (Ok, That wouldn't be such a bad thing.....but creepy.) Maybe watching for escalator crimes? Like, people going up the down escalator? I hear that's 10 years in a Siberian gulag. The actress Goldie Hawn made a movie when she was younger called, "The Girl from Petrovka". I think that you might like it. This was a very good show today! St. Petersburg's subway is the most beautiful in the world! BUT! The choice of background music is not the best! Couldn't you use some beautiful classic music of Russian composers? I think it would be more appropriate than the dirty street songs from different parts of the globe with f**k words in them. Disappointing...😢

@@russian_nasti Visiting Russia today can be compared to visiting Germany during Hitler's Third Reich. I have been to Saint Petersburg back in 2006, stayed at a hotel near the Okhtinskaya Most, kind of liked the city back then. I remember seeing the Hermitage, battleship Aurora and that church with the spire on an island, where some Romanovs were or were to be buried. I cannot say that I would like to visit SP again in a foreseable future. This is the tragedy of the last 1.5 years - that Russians don't seem to realize that having a leader such as Putin will destroy their country for decades. He cannot win in Ukraine, he will not be allowed to win, NATO has an overwhelming military power and capacity to keep on supplying Ukraine with training, weapons and ammunition. We are honestly not concerned about his nuclear threats anymore. We just carry on as normal. Russia is not the super power, Putin believed it was. It is not even a regional power, like Turkey or India. Putin has completely miscalculated what he is up against, and this will in the end ruin Russia and its people. Which is kind of sad, but so far nobody has stopped him. Maybe, one day when I am old (52 years now) and you are older, Russian-Western relations can be normalized. But at the moment Russians must realize, that every day with Putin in office and an ongoing war in Ukraine, will just bring Russia closer to destruction, chaos and poverty.
@ulisirius9027 Жыл бұрын
It is more free than most countries in the West.
@aarhusnord Жыл бұрын
@@ulisirius9027 I disagree - but Russians in general seem to have decided, that they will let Putin stay in power. Or close their eyes to what is happening. And that will ruin their lives for decades to come.
