My first time at the San Donato station was Saturday 25th July 1998, about 5:45 PM. I wanted to see part of San Donato Milanese, so I walked around the Enrico Mattei Sport Center. About 6:15 I boarded the M3 back to Duomo. At the time I heard songs on my portable radio by such as "La goccia" by Loredana Berte' and "Pablo" by Francesco de Gregori. And McDonalds was offering their hamburgers, small coke and soft serve cone for just 1,000 Lire, around 55 Euro cents apiece. Such nice times.

Yeah agree, before in Italy the "lira" worked Better than Euro, unfortunatly the Enrico Mattei Sport Center today isn't likes 20 years before. PS: Sorry for my bad english :)
