Diese komische Skulptur auf dem Anfang des Bahnsteigs sieht echt gruselig aus...der Rest der Station ist allerdings - wie alle neuen Stationen der "Helsinki'schen" Westmetro - extremst gut gelungen. Top!

Ich finde die Skulptur eigentlich ganz witzig. Mit der linken Hand, die ja mit Farbe beschmiert ist, hat sie übrigens an den Wänden ein paar Farbspuren hinterlassen (z.B. 2:38, 3:25), das ist jedenfalls die Idee dahinter...

I think this beacon sound helps the passengers who are blind or visually impaired to find the way to the elevators. The sound is getting louder if you are close to an elevator.

Was sind denn das für seltsame Töne, die man da ständig hört?

Das ist als Hilfe für blinde/sehbehinderte Personen gedacht, um den Weg zu den Aufzügen zu finden. Die Töne werden umso lauter, je näher man sich am Aufzug befindet. Die Info habe ich allerdings auch nur aus einem Forumsbeitrag im Internet, also ohne Gewähr.

Es könnte auch eine Mischung aus beidem sein. Die Töne sind eigentlich zu auffällig für eine reine Orientierungshilfe.
