Que viejos tiempos me da volver a ver este video, yo recuerdo que en 2012 al ver este video, me meti de lleno al mundillo de la emulación y tambien al de las teorias conspiranoicas. ESTE video, me desperto la vena de la curiosidad (cuando vi este video tuve 14 años por lo menos) solo por la intriga que me daba el saber quien era Sylux y porque me gustaban mucho los juegos de metroid, y por me moria de ganas de saber de quien era la nave que aparece al final de ese juego, inclusive hasta termine el MP 3 Corruption para poder comprobarlo por mi mismo, y todo no hacia nada mas que darme intriga, aunque también pues luego vi que aparecia en el Prime Hunters pero bah!, me daba epilepsia el pensar cómo iba a ser el proximo Metroid Prime porque ya quede bastante maravillado con todas las entregas, me imaginaba como iba a ser ese Prime, alli con Sylux como boss. De todos modos, desquité esa intriga y curiosidad por otras cosas como los iluminatis y el misticismo y pues a dia de hoy me interesa buscar media perdida o misterios de internet de hoy en dia o historias de gente que les haya ocurrido cosas fascinantes. No se quien vaya a leer esto, pero es algo que tengo que admitirlo, este video por mas simple que parece, fue parte de mi infancia y es algo que aprecio mucho por las cosas geniales que me hizo pasar.

Thanks for posting this, man. Having never played Metroid Hunters (never could warm up to that game's style), I had no idea whose ship that could be. I imagined there might be a chance that it might've been a character from Hunters. It certainly makes more sense than them arbitrarily adding a new character, as it would cheapen this cliffhanger.

I think it is Dark Samus or a new character. The hull looks to round unless Sylux got a makeover on his ship. Also if you think about it. Sylux died as well when Gorrea killed him and the others.

@XMobius1xx but there is the secret ending of that game when you shoot the symbols in the battle arena with gorea, you fight a second form of gorea which when defeated you see all of the hunter's escape the big space station as it explodes

Although it's similar, I think it's a new character. At the end of Hunters, as you may recall, the Metallic Beast drains the Life and Power out of the Hunters, and they all fall. Could the Metallic Beast (I can't remember the name at the moment) just thrown them out of the room, making them revive later in space's orbit, or did they survive the explosion of the space station at the end, causing Sylux's return and revival. In the explosion, everything would have died I think it's a new character.

This is my theory:In MPH it escaped safely according to the "Good" ending, It maybe crashed somewhere or the DELANO 7´s systems failed, then, with its own armor tecnology it fixed the DELANO 7, making it somehow different like in this ending, but more primitve, then it stole technology from planet to planet, to finaly making the DELANO 7 complete apparence in this game, Making this ship that I like to name it, DELANO 8! In wich time? In the time of MPH ending MP2 and biggining of MP3C,My theory

Oh ya, I saw the ending and those six lights Im guessing are the hunters ships. I beat MPH against Gorea 2 too, guess I never noticed it was the other hunters. So it might be possible for Sylux to be in the next Metriod game.

It has to be Sylux, I mean come on, you really think it's Dark Samus? That thing died, it doesn't have any Phazon to feed off of. And as the game stuff said that Sylux has been tracking Samus for "Quite some time..." and that it has a strong hatred towards the Galactic Federation and Samus. Who knows, it may just be a new character :/ (I have written what would/will happen if Sylux appears in the new games + some other ideas :D)

While I believe it's Sylux, the possibility of it being a survived Dark Samus is there. Staff at retro openly said during an interview after MP3 that they'd bring her and Phazon back if there was a demand.

Nintendo has a habit of making villains from successful games and using them again and again. The reasons they're not is Prime 2 and 3 sold fine, but ony fine. Prime's canon actually hasn't been shot down yet. Sakamoto keeps flip flopping on those statements, so much so he'll even contridict himself in the same interview. The last he had where he talked about it he said that they're part of the same story/timeline, but that prime samus wasn't "his" Samus.

at 1:15 that upper ship it has a green thing on the back above. but on the ship in the ending of mp3 corruption it has'nt and the front or back. at ship of mph is less tall then the ship of mp3. but in way it still looks the same. I think it's sylux ship

@antihitler372 you cud be right, but jus cuz dark samus doesnt use a ship doesnt mean he doesnt have one or mabye he stole it cuz he never exploded to blue dot thingys when u beat him so he has to find another way out, possibly one of the hunters ships that he took cuz they dead, plus y wud sylux come back at the end, and if he was in it they wud put him earlier the game cuz other people might not know him and it really makes no sense

yes i have both phases. FIrst time i played him, i didnt shoot those color things so i just beat him in phase 1. A few months later I shot those color things on wall and beat both phases. I didnt see the escaping part. I was wondering what those shooting things were. thought they were just explosions

I could not find a video that the planet Alinos of metroidd primee hunterss appeared the ship of sylux Fly quickly and the colors in the wake of the turbine were green and blue. The colors in the wake of this ship are also green and blue. view it in the second 0:24.

It could be Sylux, his ship is a little bit different from the original, but it's not the same quality, and Samus have a different ship every Metroid Prime game^^, but after watching the ending of Metroid Prime Hunters, in the same chronological order with Metroid Prime, Sylux and the others hunters were killed by Gorea (or I didn't see clearly what happened, but for me they are dead), Metroid Prime 2 is just after and Metroid Prime 3 just after the 2, so if Sylux is dead at Metroid Prime Hunters, it could not be him. Or he survived.. And last thing, in Sylux description, it says Sylux is following Samus trought space, it is not written for the other hunters.

Ik this was a year ago, but so u r informed, they confirmed that is sylux, and after federation force were getting Samus & sylux, looks like smash 5 Samus won't be the only rep for metroid if we don't get Ridley, both would be cool, dark Samus too seeming as she has shown she can have an entire moveset different from Samus, my head canon is that after that point in the metroid timeline ( yes there is an official one that isn't messed up like LOZ) is that sylux has been watching all of them

I'm fairly certain that there is a place on the fire planet where it flies over you and shoots at you, and then later when you fight him he calls it down to shoot at you. And it kind of explains what you said about sylux stealing GF tech in the game/manual. And the Delano's rear... claws are too short to be the same as the ship in MP3, though I suppose they could extend.

I've been thinking about this, too. But since DS died on Phaaze and that the Red Phazon is in the Impact Crater, there's quite a way betwen Phaaze and Tallon IV. There has to be more Phazon in the universe. I don't think that Tallon IV was the first planet to be corrupted... but since there is no Phazon near DS now, I don't see how she could revive. =(

We are not sure about that! We don't know if the hunters have survived, but a believe they survived because in the last cutscene of metroid prime hunters, we see six colors being trown of the planet but i'm not sure if that was the hunters ships or gorea trowing up his powers :\

@MrYummyPancakes The Metroid Prime must've been phazon too, otherwise Dark Samus wouldn't exist. Also, in Metroid Prime 2, Dark Samus base was Dark Aether, even tho she dwells around in Aether too. After MP2, MP3 came (obvious). At the beginning of MP3 u see those Phazon Pods. Dark Samus was reborn. Phazon on MP2 was also completely wiped out, and also in MP3. So why she kept returning even if there wasnt any phazon? Also, Dark samus is phazon itself, she created it, so why wouldnt she return?

Well against what someone's comment said, the colored things escaping at the end are not the triangles from the walls, they are definately the hunters' ships. Because I watched a scene before that on my DS and it shows those same things flying into Gorea's ship thingymabober along with Samus. So the hunters do not die, they are just temporarily unconscious because of the energy being sucked out of them. Unless all 6 of them programmed their ships to leave on auto-pilot, they survived. :P

@crazybro121 He could've been off stealing new tech to upgrade himself and his ship to stand a better chance against Samus, considering she kicked his ass last time. And if you got the special ending in Hunters, you see that the hunters aren't dead; their ships fly away from the Oubliette before it explodes. And speaking of which, that explosion would've destroyed the hunters' ships, leaving Dark Samus with nothing to steal. And it was in an entirely different part of space, too far from Phaaze.

if you complete Metroid Prime hunters beating Gorea 2 too, there will be another videoclip showing that while the oblitus is self-distructing the hunters are escaping with their own ships. So Sylux and the orthers actually survived

Will it take place immediately after fusion, or straight after metroid prime 3? I was convinced that the other hunters had died at end of metroid prime:hunters but after some research it appears they didn't. Thats dark samus. Created of the Gravity suit that was dragged into the pool of phazon. It emerges as dark samus which uses phazon.

Metroid Dread is not being worked on right now. It'll probably be a few years before another Metroid game is release or even announced. But onto the ship. My thoughts is that it is either Sylux or a being from Samus's past. But, it is just fan speculation. It can go either way.
