Excellent video dude. I'm glad you made it in real time, didn't skip any important parts, and didn't over saturate it with music without a commentary. Sadly something I see in most tutorials. I wish others would learn from your example and again Thank You!
@theplasticundergroundprops1035 Жыл бұрын
Thank you for saying so! I always struggle with what to keep in the video, make them long form or short form. I try to use cool music, but low in the background. I appreciate your feedback and will remember this for future videos!

Hey hey, as far as i know there is not a PDF of this. Is making you download pepakura? cause its a PDO file and thats the only program that can open that file

Hello, im trying to get the templates off of the website, how do you print them off on regular paper ? and without the whole model being shown on the left side as well. Thank you

hello, sorry ignore the last question I just downloaded the Papakura program. Now im wondering how I up the scale of the templates ? I have a very big head haha
@theplasticundergroundprops10352 жыл бұрын
@@chasebelcourt649 There should be an option to scale up by 10% in the option menu of pepakura. There is also a way to set the width and high but I never realy used that. So I belive if you go to file scale up 10% it will keep adding 10% every time you click on it

Making this helmet for a school project- what do you use to glue the pieces together?”
@theplasticundergroundprops10352 жыл бұрын
I use Contact cement for all my foam builds, You brush it on both sides and let it dry for a few mins then stick both sides together, its basically a permanent bond! Google contact cement or look for it in the glue isle at walmart or any hardware store, i buy mine in a can but they have little glass bottles if you don't need a lot. Good luck with your project, feel free to send me pictures on facebook or insta

@@theplasticundergroundprops1035 Thank you so much 🙏 hopefully it’ll come out looking cool and I’ll definitely post it. I have to add my own flare to the helmet (which I might play around with the color scheme of the helmet). My last question, if you don’t mind, is how do you know how big to make the template or is it already set to a good size to fit any head size?
@theplasticundergroundprops10352 жыл бұрын
@@katieee_llyn A different color scheme will look really cool, looking forward to see your personal flare! Ok so that pepakura file was small for my head, but i have a big head lol i would recommend before you print it to increase the size by 10%. make the top helmet piece first to make sure the size is good. There are ways to get sizing right buy trial and error is honestly quicker sometimes
