The name of the song is "Penny And Me" and believe it or not, it's sung by Hanson. I chose it because a line in the song is "Turn The Radio Up", which is the dog in the video's registered name. :)

I love my new papillon puppy, he's wonderful. But I think people unfamiliar with paps should be prepared for their temperament. Papillons are very active. They are like Jack Russell Terriers with long hair :))) See videos of my pap from my page. Thanks
