Just wait till deGrom comes back and McNeil, Marte and you know they are gonna add a bat and some bullpen help by deadline. This team hasn’t even fired on all cylinders yet either. One of these teams will win the World Series. Mets, Yankees, Astros, Braves and of course the Dodgers. Obv hoping for the Mets🤞🤞. Gonna be a great pennant race between my Mets and the Braves. It will be. The only positive I have as a Braves guy is that getting punched in the mouth at home should force everyone on Atlanta’s side to be more versatile in their offensive approach. The Mets are patient and battle for long ABs while our offense lacks patience. The philosophy of our batters needs to be adjusted because that’s going to lead to a first round exit. That philosophy only helps the opposing pitcher.

It has been an interesting series between both teams, but unfortunately the Braves failed to rally back and lost 7-3 to the Mets. Guess the Mets are a bit stronger than last time. Atlanta was hoping to get the upper hand at Truist Park against them, but it wasn't meant to be. They did manage to get three solo home runs during the game. But the Mets were proven to be too strong for the Braves to handle, and ended up suffering a frustrating loss for Atlanta. The Braves are heading back to DC once again to face the Nationals, which they've already swept twice. Can the Braves make up some ground and go for a third sweep in the series, or will the Nats plan to be a more resilient team than before? Braves announcer after Olson's homer says,OK,we got one back, that's a start, lol.well fella, looks like the banged up,short handed mets came to Atlanta and threw some ice water on the hot Braves taking the series. Sorry,no change of guard in the NL East Guys. And when degram comes back they'll widen the lead even more.

It is just me, or am I the only one that finds the Braves announcer super annoying?

Can’t wait to see these teams duke it out in October. Win or lose it’s gonna be an exciting series if both teams meet each other in the postseason. Hats off to the braves for making it an exciting series and closing the 10.5 game gap but LGM!

Braves need to figure out the Morton situation. He is not pitching well, and I don't see him making a big turnaround anytime soon. Past his prime I am sorry to say. That broken leg may have been the nail in the coffin.
