Inb4 someone comments about how the singer is so awesome even though he lost part of his lung from catching TB during military service. The amount seems to vary anywhere from a quarter to almost his whole lung because you know how these passed down anecdotes tend to go

You should also check their songs Time and Land of Snow And Sorrow. Also if you haven't heard anything from bands called Insomnium and Omnium Gatherum I recommend you listen to them. 🙂

About Jari singing + being the (lead) guitarist, he stopped doing both since the songs were getting too complex. So he hired another guitarist and is now concentrating on singing only. Shame, but I hope he's keeping his skills up.

Not many recommend tracks from the first record, every song is great tbh. Im like Burzum, record on crappy cheap stuff to get that filthy raw sound, i dont make Metal tough, cause i love it so much, more atmospheric, noise and so on mixed stuff

Absolutely love Wintersun!! This was a great reaction. They are all great musicians, and Kai (the drummer) is amazing. But.. I wonder.. no perhaps not.. or.. I wonder if you might be ready to take a step towards some extreme experimental metal.. a swedish band.. masters of polyrhythms.. a drummer that is.. well.. his is the guy you use for calibrate your metronome. The band is called Meshuggah. Check out bleed, clockwork or born in dissonance. But if you do, look at the drum cam versions.. always..
