MeTV Toons is cousin channel?

I saw comments after replying for MeTV Toons questions.
Cable and Satellite TV channels had Cartoon Network and Boomerang.
people still using DirecTV, Dish Network or live TV streaming service like Philo and sling even other cable TV providers.
OTA channels and Frndly TV had MeTV Toons.
Weigel Broadcasting partnership with Warner Bros Discovery licensing content like Looney Tunes and Hanna Barbara programs.
that's right MeTV Toons is cousin channel for Over the Air broadcast TV.

I'm very disappointed that i still didn't get the brand new channel in my area, because i live in baltimore and i don't got metv toons, I only have the original metv along with get tv, which replaced the grio channel, start tv, dabl, fave tv, catchy comedy, movies, the pbs kids channel, and others. The news have not made an announcement about the new channel yet since we're not in the list. I try to rescan my tv a few times but it still didn't work i hope metv toons comes to baltimore soon.

@@DerekMcDouglas ok. But MeTV parent company doesn't had rights Retrocrush bring to MeTV Toons. But Crunchyroll shared rights to Retrocrush. Sorry. MeTV Toons don't allowed for TV-14 content for FCC

@ULVlogsandRetro All Weigel can do is to partner ship with Retrocrush to air TV-PG content. Samurai Pizza Cats and Sherlock Hound is a great fit for MeTV Toons Also, if Frndly has Lifetime which has TV-14 content, then Weigel can team up to bring more anime other than Speed Racer and Marine Boy.
