Hiya Brad, Meute described themself in a German TV documentary as Techno Marching Band. They recreate the sound which electronic music took to emulate original brass instruments, percussions etc. back to analogue sound again. Their "uniforms" are 2nd hand from a real marching band south of Hamburg and everyone modded them. As far as I know, their live performances are all recorded. If you look closely you see all instruments have mics on them. But that is just me guessing. I would love to see your take on one of their latest performances with Young ClassiX (also from Hamburg): Come Together 💙
