I feel any of these reviews where the store sends stuff to you vs blind order, risks the possibility of bait and switch solely for influencers to review and get others to buy.

Possibly but…I’ve definitely done other videos of similar bands and not given a positive review at all bc the quality really sucked. For me personally, I will tell it like it is. I can’t speak for other people tho

I live in Dubai and this is the worst online shopping ever I have made an order of $1000 and they never mentioned The date of the delivery and when I tried to reach out to the company so many times they said it’s not the responsibility of delivering the goods and they don’t even contact the shipping company and all what they offered after my frustration is a gift card of 35% though I kept asking for a refund such a rip off and the worst online shopping ever

I just made an order from them and it shows shipping from guangzhou china. For my understanding , aren’t they suppose to be UK company ?!

My experience with them has been absolutely dreadful. Their return policy is exasperating, especially when it becomes evident that obtaining a refund is next to impossible, even when they are at fault for the refund request. Dealing with their customer service has been a nightmarish ordeal, as I've been caught in a frustrating loop while attempting to secure a refund. They egregiously delayed shipping my order, forcing me to purchase another dress, despite having placed the order with ample time for a reasonable shipping timeline. To compound the issue, the clothing is of shockingly poor quality, and glitter from the dress seemed to infiltrate every corner of my house when I tried it on. It's equally disheartening to realize that their products lack uniqueness, as you can easily find the same dress on other websites.

I tried posting this but I didn't see it post. This is my experience with this brand and believe that everyone should be warned, prior to ordering from them: I've never had such a terrible, frustrating, and even insulting time with a company before. I order 99% of my clothes online and I've never experienced such poor business etiquette, short-sightedness, or disregard for the customer, their money and their time. First, my package showed up far later than I needed it to. I ordered it two weeks before a wedding I was to attend and it showed up DAYS after the wedding. I live in NYC and they're headquartered in NJ. There's no reason for it to have taken that long. I ordered something from Paris, France the other day, during the holidays, and it took 3 days to reach me. When I finally received the package, one of the items was not the correct item that I ordered (similar, but not the one I ordered), another was very poor quality, one I just didn't like on me, and the two others put glitter everywhere (and I mean everywhere!!) just by nature of taking them out of the packaging and trying them on. I, of course, couldn't keep them. All of this was unfortunate but it happens, so, I initiated a return. That's when things just devolved. First, I realized that after you read their return policy on their website (which I did prior to ordering anything), it doesn't end where you'd think it would end. Instead, you need to read further to learn that they don't issue refunds, they just offer gift cards AND that you have to take pictures of the items and their labels in order to "apply" for the return and the gift card. When I initiated the process, over email they did offer to give me a gift card worth 35% of my purchase price and I could "keep the original items or gift them to [my] friend instead of sending them back." I spent over $500 on my order. Why would I want to lose 65%, which amounts to $350.94, of my hard-earned money and why would I give my friends things that I wouldn't even want myself? When I told them about the glitter bomb that went off with two of the items and that I can personally guarantee that the items were in perfect condition with their tags still on, asking them to please not make me have to pull them out again and get glitter EVERYWHERE, they gave me some excuse about the glitter being normal and told me that I would have to take the photos - even though later, after I took the time to send the photos, they told me that they would be inspecting the items at the warehouse before issuing my gift card. Finally, and THE most frustrating part of all of this: After nearly a dozen email back-and-forths, along with time spent unpacking the items, taking pictures, repacking the items, emailing the pictures, and then vacuuming my house TWO more times to clean the glitter (which is still not all gone), they sent me an email telling me that I would have to create a shipping label myself, spend my time going to a courrier to ship and pay for the shipping out of my own pocket. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!! Who does business like this? I wrote them back expressing my frustration and asking them to send me a prepaid shipping label like EVERY OTHER COMPANY DOES so that I could hand the package to my doormen for it to be picked up by the courier of their choice. Instead, they selfishly and unsympathetically want their customers to spend MORE time going to the courier + paying for the shipping costs + then emailing them the tracking number and then waiting for the return to be processed-with a caveat that says there's a risk of it not being processed-before receiving a gift card... not even your money back. It's appalling. It's bad business. It's short-sighted. It's insulting. I spent over $540 + time + shipping... and they think I want a gift card to, what? Go through all of this again? This company has a lot of selection which is nice. However, their cheapness and lack of respect for their customers' time and money with regards to their return policy and process is horrendous and leads me to advise anyone and everyone to stay away from this brand. It's not worth the time, frustration, or added expenses if you don't like what you receive. Update: I removed the last paragraph originally, mistakenly, put here. It was meant as a direct comment to Mew Mews (for another platform) and I forgot to delete it 🤦🏼‍♀️

Hey! I appreciate you sharing your experience. It’s helpful for anyone else who comes across this video. That really sucks that you had to go through all that. I sympathize and their business practices are pretty bad, from what I’ve learned from others since publishing this video. Now, what I don’t really appreciate is you coming at me like this. Vent about your issues with mew mews, cool. But I looked through my responses to other comments here and none of them are canned/copy and pasted. I don’t defend this company, nor do I work for them. They sent me a couple pieces, I shared my honest thoughts. I think I happened to get lucky and pick three things that worked for me, that I liked. I’ve done several other videos for similar types of online retailers who did send me crap and I was honest about that. I can only speak for my own experiences, so I leave comments like yours and others up so that people can get more perspectives and make an informed choice. If I truly was just trying to placate this brand, I’d delete all those. I’m sorry you had a negative experience, but you don’t gotta take it out on me girl! Have a great day!

Since I spent so much time typing this feedback up, I just shared it again when I came across your video - and foolishly forgot that I had included that piece in it. No worries! I had a feeling that was the case but sometimes people can be genuinely nasty here 😂 it sucks that companies like this are out there offering really cool, interesting and unique pieces that you can’t find other places for the price, yet they really suck in their business practices. I kinda understand their motivation for their return policy bc I’m sure it’s pricey for them to ship something back to china and then ship the customer a replacement, but if other companies can figure jt out then they should be able to as well! Sorry again this happened to you and I know your very detailed comment will help others for sure
