This is handsdown mewithoutYou’s best music video in their discography, in my opinion. I adore that he chose to feature his now-wife and mother of his child - you know they had a true experience filming this together.. And, most importantly, beautifully paid homage to his father in this video numerous times. Special doesn’t begin to describe this masterpiece. Our ears, souls and hearts will miss you boys…

aaron weiss and this entire band were so influential to me as a person, and my faith, growing up. it's been years and the fascination just never faded away, but instead got deeper. regret never seeing them live

I've seen them live twice, and they were great. I regret not seeing Brand New or The Chariot live though. My former band-mate and best friend was at mwY's final tour show around here somewhere. Either Baltimore or Philly, and he was on-stage for part of the performance. It's something he'll cherish forever, and I really regret not being there for that.

I’ve loved every second of mewithoutYou that’s graced my ears, but I’d be lying if I didn’t say the post-hardcore was my favorite

Aaron Weiss is THE genuine article; seldom one can find a talented artist who performs just as good if not better live vs studio AND looks identical in person as he would in music videos. mwY's consistent quality musical speaks for itself, but I don't think I've ever met such humble, down to earth, and kind humans as these boys.
@keithflemingo4 жыл бұрын
I'll never forget being him on the a-b live tour, I told him thanks for everything they have done. He gave me a big hug and said no, thank you. Such a kind and humble person!

Having met all of them a couple times I once tried to get them to sign a poster. Some of them didn't "sign" it, but drew on themselves on it. One of them simply wrote "What is life?" and Aaron wrote "A vapor that appears for a time, and then vanishes". I've loved this band for so long.

Yes.. I’m an empath and if I’m not careful I can get fought up in the heaviness of some of his songs... for instance “carousels” I love it but it can put me in a very melancholy place quick. Still my favorite band and listen to the last two albums daily 😂❤️

At the end of the day, Pale Horse is not so much an album loosely based on mortality and the End Times, so much as it is simply about a little Arab boy who misses his daddy.

He's actually Jewish. His parents (Mom was Christian, Dad Jewish) converted to Islam - I believe Sunni Muslim. Mike and Aaron became Christians in HS through friends, though they continued to worship with their parents. Their dad, Elliot, would go back to Judaism at times; so they were raised in temples and mosques. It's really interesting actually.

Just seen these guys live along with Circa Survive Sunday night. I'll be honest, I never knew these guys existed until Sunday. Yet with how much energy Aaron had on stage, followed by the rest of the band. The pure emotion that he sang with absolutely blew me away. I instantly became a fan, they cut their set short due to Aaron being sick, yet I was surprised he was very close friends with a local band in my area named Foxing. Despite being sick though They put on an amazing awesome show.
