Mexican here and esthusiast of cooking, and that pocho don't know how to Cook mexican, Oliver oil was expensive, and Even existed a law that said that oil could be only produced and importe it from spain, the same happened with wine, so in here we used pork lard, and recently used other neutral oils that let the flavors not change, and i can go on and on.

The way the word "conquistadors" was pronounced in the first few seconds was terrible both in Spanish and English. Really makes me question the quality of the video right away.

Well she sounds Australian. I don't think they have any Spanish roots there considering the continent is nowhere near the Americas or Spain. I wonder how many people even speak spanish over there.
