Man i miss pollo loco when i lived in SD there was one in the work parking lot id go those at least once a week. Never really had anything their that was good although their salsa's are a bit lacking but thsts kind of expected from chain places. I think if they would have tried Popeyes that would have won on the spices of the chicken but if they would have tried churches that would have won from the crunchiness and juiciness of their chicken and definitely their buttered corn KFC would have won on your biscuits
