Omgosh! I just love your channel!!! Reminds me of when I lived in San Diego for about 5 years and would travel down into Mexico. I actually lived in Playa de Tiquana for about 3-4 months back in the late 80's. Mucho dequiero Mexican Food!!!! I learned to cook many of these foods, but lost my recipe book when I moved back to New York. Watching your channel makes me want to get in the kitchen.
