In this video I remember that there is no MEXICAN PEOPLE in HAWAII but someone told me that on the big island Hawaii there are MEXICAN cowboys and it wasn't until I came to the apple in QUEENS many MEXICAN PEOPLE live and work in Manhattan and I respect them because they are hard working people and some of them have thanked me for teaching them English and to cook American style food as I go across the board when either I am the SOUS CHEF or EXECUTIVE chef and it's money in there pocket for there family and I tell them where to shop for food and I have also to compare and shop when they see a deal

Wow this looks so good. My only suggestion for the video itself (not the restaurant) is that you spend too much time filming the prep work (almost 7 minutes). That's too long. We just need to see one or two minutes of prep work. I'd like to see the seating area, the view from the customer side when ordering,. The camera needs to zoom out once in a while too; close up is good but pull back once in while, let's see the restaurant. But you have a good channel overall, much respect.

Also in this video someone just said the grease and I remember years ago I was working for CHASE BANK I was making eggs to order and after that I broke the line and the Chef asked me about a pot of stew and she said what's wrong with this and I said to much grease and I said who made this and she said a cook then I said don't hire him because he doesn't know what he is doing you have to skim off the fat as it not healthy it's actually a turn off and sometimes I will test cook's to test there intelligence
