Mexican lager….grain to glass and taste vs real thing

My Mexican lager grain to glass. Tasted against a corona for comparison.

Thanks Ben might give this one a in the near future. just a thought. maybe if you cold crash a bit colder than your 6 degrees, would it clear a bit quicker. cheers

Definitely would if i could chill colder. I find the grainfather chiller struggles lower than 6c in summer. My keg is at 3c so that will help too

Did you add the packaging of the yeast to the fermentation??? Or did you just sanitize the place where you cut the package open? (Im not brewing yet so I don't understand).

Thanks for watching. No i just sanitised the outside of the yeast packet before cutting it open. Only the dried yeast goes into the fermenter not the packaging.
