@@johnroberts5070 I'm so sorry... I have a guy I know who manages a propane and storage place near me who is also named John Roberts. I thought it was him commenting, since he did have lunch with Martha and I last spring... lol!! No, you never did mention that. I'll be sure and swing by Roanoke next time I go to WV (sometime in the spring) and we can chat. That would be awesome sir!!

Why drain it & then add more sauce? There might be too much liquid but the veggies would be good mixed in the shredded meat. Chop the poblanos instead of slicing them. It might be good on a bun as a sandwich or over scrambled eggs or some fried or mashed potatoes.
