They can handle that much food because it’s their normal intake and won’t gain any more weight. Y’all need to understand that, smh. Or they sometimes starve themselves in between these videos and one eat one time a day. It’s damaging because our bodies goes in survival mode and stores whatever calories as weight. Mukbanging is incredibly dangerous and I predict by 2 years from now it’ll be banned
