Also ich verstehe es nicht soviel was dort wunderschön ist. Ich war mit meinen Mädels im Oktober da und wir fliegen in 5 Wochen wieder hin weil es einfach toll war. ❤❤❤

I stayed in this hotel 2 months ago, and we had problems with the AC, it didn’t work great in our stay, what help was that we asked for a fan, but for the price that you pay, the AC better be at full blast specially when you trying to get some sleep. Only positive about the hotel is the food and the waiters at pool areas. But as far as room is a downer. And I do agree in the entertainment, we had stay at cheaper hotels and the entertainment was way better than here.

Very smart to have asked for a fan and completely agree for the high price a working AC should be a given especially after spending hours in the sun.

Does the all inclusive cover all the restaurants and bars on the property?

For the most part it covers all the restaurants/bars with the exception of Sante, which is only available for "reserve" guests and Sal Steakhouse which is not included in the all inclusive.

I can not understand what you said when on day 2 your found out you had to do.........? Some people they told? What was it you found out?

Day 2 we discovered the cabana’s by the pool/beach needs reservations, which you should do as soon as you arrive. The reserve front desk, told some guests and we saw they even gave tours and some guests like myself, they did not. So unfortunately due to lack of communication and inconsistencies, we had to be put on the waitlist. Really hope that answers your questions! :)

Overall it was a mixed bag for us. Although we enjoyed the amenities and food, the poor ventilation, musty/intense smells and questionable AC, became the major drawbacks.

@@truthspeaks29 the food is great, service is great, if AC is not a top priority then this hotel is great. We loved it but I think i can get a better hotel with what we pay here imo

So jetzt geht unser Urlaub fast zuende und ich bin diesmal enttäuscht es ist nicht mehr so wie am ersten mal 😢leider muss ich es sagen die Preise sind extrem hoch gegangen. Enttäuscht 😢
