This was so cute! It reminds me of my husbands uncle ranch we went to our last trip to Mexico. My husband is Mexican American and our children and I have been to Mexico many times. I feel like I always have to re learn enchiladas over and over again before I attempt making them again. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and I’m craving them now and so is my hubby! I want my mother in law to makes these for us with her wonderful guacamole that I love so much! 🥑 cheers from Florida 🌴

Everything looks ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! I am going to try it all!! I am especially anxious to try garlic with the peels on. We eat a boatload of garlic and I am so tired of removing the peels. I really want all that amazing cookware too!! Thank you for giving me the link to this!! Now going to try to sleep and not think about making all these things. Suddenly I AM HUNGRY!!

Yes, and the Mexican oregano makes a difference, it’s not the same as regular oregano. Everything looks super delicious ❤❤❤ Next time you visit, take your aunt and family some victorinox paring/chef/peeler knifes and stuff, gohhh, if I could through the tv, Imwould have appeared there with a set, hihi… they are super super sharp and not crazy expensive like $37 for the chef knife and a lot of pro chefs use them for that reason…I personally have some…they’re awesome! It’s a while since I wrote, but we loyally enjoy every new video! ❤❤❤ Many many BLESSINGS to you and your family! Happy Easter! Until the next one ❤

I have had those enchiladas and I love them…my wife is learning to master them from a lady from Guanajuato mex…I didn’t knew they were enchiladas michoacanas…white people don’t have any idea of this is the real enchilada…Gracias for sharing this recipe and video and don’t let señor Nelson devour all the enchiladas by himself he’s thin but he can scare the Chinese buffet 🤣 😂 just kidding I got a friend that he’s almost as señor Nelson thin but not skinny and let me tell you he can knock down three full plates of Chinese food plus all the shrimp and oysters OMG I was scared of the owners kicking us out of the restaurant “You eat too much “You need to go home now “ with Chinese accent haha 😂 😂I never forget that is so funny 😂 😂…anyway you guys enjoy your family and your home town wich by the way is beautiful the river is so beautiful and peaceful Wow 🤩 I hope the government doesn’t end up polluting the river due the growth of the town in the future 😢😢

Try medium- low and just toast for a few seconds to a minute. The time depends on the heat but if you are having a hard time, I’d say… lower the heat. Practice makes perfect. 🤩 Soon you’ll be a star.
