As for the reason why us Indians can't apply for natural science (c) is because generally a very high level of japanese is required to study medicine in japan, even higher than what they teach us in the 1 extra year before we start our undergrad courses. Commonly only japanese people are able to do mbbs in japan, and mostly south koreans can get mext scholarships to do mbbs in japan

You can't do mbbs through MEXT as an Indian since the Japanese government doesn't give scholarships for mbbs in Japan, because the level of Japanese required to do mbbs in Japan is much much higher

If you want to go in 2024 then you should fill application for 2023 it takes 1 year to complete the process. If you fill the application in 2024 then you will arrive in Japan in 2025
