A Stinger 4 into 1 exhaust helps eliminate the hesitation. Been down the road with the dual exhaust. Stinger increased low end torque and eliminated the flat spot. If you doubt it, go to Bruce Meyer's video of his original Manx buggy. He was getting beat by other buggies until he switched to the Stinger exhaust.

Most of the urethane bushings are made by Empi. Prothane also makes some. I have purchased them from various vendors based on price. Be sure to use the silicone grease that come with them or they'll squeak. Thanks for your interest and compliments.

The shift points on the speedometer are for the ranges your supposed to run in that gear. Since it's an air cooled engine it keeps the fan speed up to where it can cool properly. So if your cruising around at 30Mph you should be driving in second gear.

The Manx II and my wife's Blue Buggy have Scat Procar 90's. Scat will sell you matching vinyl to make the back seats which is what we did. My Berrien has A pair of Universal seats from Suburban seats. $299 for the pair shipped. They are less money and less confortable but still very good seats.

No, it is silver flake with a little black flake, over silver metallic paint.

9 years ago...well if your a fabricator you can put just about any seats that are with in demensions of what you have to work with...
