Teffo's strategy is perhaps not immature. He is trying to prevent this case from dragging on his clients. He employed a strategy to force the 2nd docket to be brought in and to force those initially implicated to take the stand. This guy is smart. Certainly not underestimaing him.

@@chabalichabali8714 Most people would assume this. However, given his poor command of English, people are bound to undestimate Teffo. I listened to what Gerry Nell commented on this and I think it is part of a strategy. It it would seem stupid to ask this so early and to a witness who can neither confirm nor deny. As a critical thicker, i hope he is indeed employing a strategy. In the opposite, he knows he would waste so much time to and contribute to the long process. Remember early on, those akin to the case kept talking about the mastermind was soon to be arrested. I guess lets watch and see what this really means.

In actual sense Kelly in this stand is a state crucial witness not is she just a state witness but a STATE EYE WITNESS to fact. The mass should for now be imperative and take stock of each and every aspect into this fact in issue. Kelly involving a legal representative does raise eye brows indeed. Why does she feel the need of being legally represented when she was suppose to be doing all she can to fund legal representatives for the Menyiwas to get to the bottom of this matter. For goodness sake you lost your man why spend money on self legal representation when you’re a WITNESS??? Am Namibian, SA wake up and see through this matter. This matter is yet to cause a dynamic drift into the justice system. Incompetency is what I see

Two reasons why being in court and watching on TV are different. Firstly, as watching brief you have access to some documents, which the defence does not want her to have. She is a potential witness in the matter, so she can't listen to evidence. Secondly, If you are watching on TV you can't prove that you watched the real trial. Law of evidence does not work like that. She has not demonstrated why she needed to be on watching brief as opposed to sitting in the gallery like everybody else, especially if you say watching on TV is the same as being in court. There is something deep in law about being watching brief.

Many people have died in this case, that is why advocate Teffo is revealing more information. If he didn't talk about Ndlovu people would have not known how much this Ndlovu messed the case.Now Mosia wants to throw every blame to Ndlovu, yet they were a team of corrupt officers. It is sad though that Senior officers use their juniors on their messy .
