😔 my sister, who sends those pple underground is not the issue here and it might happen that no-one sends anyone there. Pple are struggling to feed their families so they'll do any thing to support their families. Government must not promise to arrest them upon their surfacing as it might be the challenge for them fearing the arrest . The same Government must try send trained individuals underground to save or retrieve the deceased, once all thats is done . Then can now block or start the arrest the pple trying to enter there.

This scenario raises complex legal questions that would need to be assessed by legal experts and courts. However, based on the information available , it's possible that the actions of the police could be considered a form of manslaughter. Here's why: Intention: While the police might not have intended to kill the miners, their actions of sealing the mine shaft and cutting off essential supplies created a situation where death was a foreseeable and likely outcome. Negligence: The police's actions could be seen as grossly negligent, as they failed to take reasonable steps to prevent the deaths of the miners. Legal Responsibility: The police, as agents of the state, may be held accountable for their actions, even if they were following orders. However, it's important to note that specific legal definitions and interpretations can vary depending on the jurisdiction and the specific circumstances of the case. A thorough legal investigation would be necessary to determine the exact charges and potential consequences.

Mine unions are trying to score cheap points here, but they’re missing the bigger picture! lolface-fuchsia-poop-shape Mining isn’t a casual, low-stakes job; it’s high-risk, with real dangers and lives on the line. That’s why we have strict regulations modern days-laws that require safety gear, training, and compensation if there’s an accident or a collapse. This is exactly why we should only allow regulated corporations. Established, licensed companies are easier to monitor, which also makes it possible to control supply and demand, keeping market prices stable and the industry safer
