I replaced all my suspension parts on the front end of my 2001 540i with Meyle parts over the OEM ones and the car rides just as good as the day my dad bought it. I'll be doing the same to the rear suspension over the spring and summer. Thanks for great quality parts and good prices.

I just fitted meyle hd control arm set on my a4 b6 audi i must say it looks good and very close to original lemforders but time will tell. The uk customer support was one of the best i have seen in many years. Edit: The front anti roll bar links looked some what cheap comparing to rest of the stuff

Ich habe vor ein paar Jahre Meyle HD Teile an meinem Auto verbaut und habe Sie nach nicht mal 50.000km wieder austauschen müssen. Es gibt Teile die muss man einfach Original kaufen. Dazu gehören Tragteilen nun mal dazu. Von wegen die halten länger, haben nicht mal die Hälfte gehalten die die Originalteile halten.

Most fail because idiots replace the part and tighten the bolt through the bush when the car is up in the air and then lower it onto the wheels and thus wind up the rubber bush and then when they go over a speed hump it rips as it was already riding along at it's eleastic limit.

I have been looking at the intermediate stub shaft for my car. Original VAG costs about 350-400 euros while the Meyle costs 131 euros. How is this possible? Is the quality as good? The shop tells me that for the warranty to apply, they must be fitted by a licensed workshop. There goes the advantages of online shopping as most workshops wont fit parts that you don't buy from them. VW honors the 3 year warranty even if you fit it yourself. They only check to see if they are installed correctly and just fits a new part for you free of charge. This happened to me once. I fit a new speedometer sensor myself in Norway and drove to Germany the same day. On the way my speedometer stopped working and drove to a VW dealer. The guy could see in the system that I had bought a new sensor and they sent me off after fitting a new one for me free of charge.

+KrackowKid Dear KrackowKid, we develop high durability (HD) solutions for those parts that fail prematurely. Inner tie rods usually don´t wear out fast, that´s why we have only a few MEYLE-HD tie rod ends with MEYLE-HD inner tie rods.

Hi, I'm looking at buying a Meyle HD wishbone (Control arm) for my Peugeot van. There is the meyle hd part number 11-16 050 0036/HD for €85. Then you have another wishbone which will equally fit my van which is €92 and is a part number 40-16 050 0004/HD. Both are sheet steel arms. Then finally you have another set for heavy duty suspensions that cost €120 which is a solid steel arm. My questions are, what is the difference between the first two ? Why should I choose one over the other and why the difference in price ? There all stated as being HD line. Also the the third arm for sale is steel and for heavy duty suspension part number 11-16 050 0049/HD. While I don't have a heavy duty suspension or need to carry heavy loads I am wondering would the heavy suspension control arm bushings last longer than the the first two control arms. You see I'm tired of my bushings going every 2 years on my van. I want to install the best control arms I can get that last 4 or 5 years. My Original control arm bushings lasted 5-6 years. Now only two years. Can you please advise what the difference is between the three wishbones and will all three fit my 2006 peugeot partner van. Sorry about the long questions, thanks

Just for your guys information I purchased Meyle HD a whole front suspension kit for my 2005 Passat. Around £400 (Including Same lower arm in this video). I'm a tech and After fitting and torquing the arms up with full vehicle weight I can honestly say the ride is much harsher. I have absolutely NO DOUBT they will last longer. Mainly because it's a solid bush over a hollow/gapped one. I mean that's not rocket science, BUT just be aware that you feel every 'sharp' bump in the road as you didn't before. Big long undulations are still as oe but any sort of road surface change/pothole/join/catseye it rattle your brain and the car. I did alot of research before to ensure I wouldnt have this and after spending hours searching I could not find anything to suggest it would compromise the ride quality. So I took the plunge. I might end up swapping for normal Meyle and NOT HD and take the hit that it wears out quicker. Hopefully they will give the car the original intended OEM ride I was after. If your after durability. Buy these for sure. I'm going to try going for a narrower thus a high profile tyre in the hope it takes out some sharpness. I currently have the standard 15 inch alloys for reference. Same wheels and infact the same exact tyres I had on as before. Meyle if you see this reach out. See if we can work something out with your technicians. I'm Inclined to believe the upper most pair are to blame for majority of the poor ride. But interested to here what options you suggest.

Oh my God, it is Made in Turkey... Why on Earth they don't manufacture their products in Germany? Or Switzerland? Or Japan? I have no problem for the product to be designed in Turkey or China by the way. The company can be headquartered in China or Turkey -- this is no problem either. But the product itself can only be MADE in 3 'islands of quality' on this planet: Germany, Switzerland or Japan -- this is bleeding obvious. I'm not buying this stuff...

Higher wages, more regulations typically. If for example wages are 40 percent higher, than the product price will have to go up accordingly.
