I feel they do balance the accesories with the suits! Some figures have simpler suits and those could get more accesories and so on! This 3 piece suit looks dope and sure it's more complex Sres (expensive) to do than batman or Cap. Idk it's my opinion

Never in a million years would I have thought a six inch scaled figure could have a cloth business suit that looks that good. Normally you would expect it to look puffy and misshapen. The figure looks GREAT!

I just wish the vest inside was green, it would stand out instead of blend in with the purple jacket. Also that would have a little bit of Ledger Joker with that color scheme :/ It's a pass for me.

I dig it and I have it sitting in my pile of loot, but I think they kinda phoned it in. Weak accessories, reduced articulation, no shading on the exposed arms and a basic outfit with no Joker flair.

Plasti Adicto I agree I think that's where the money went into. The three piece suit is expensive in real life so for them to do it at this scale I know it cost a pretty penny. I'm just speculating but if they were to give more accessories or have the accessories have articulation than they would have to do it at a much higher price.

I don't think the outfit is really that bad its just missing a bit of extra flourish - like tails and a flower. A green vest instead of purple would have done a lot.

Wonder if we can make a Heath Ledger joker with a head swap... I used to make clothing for my figures as a kid lol. I could make a longer jacket from scratch... maybe switch this clothing to one of the Star Trek figures.... hmm shoes would be the main issue though

I paid $90.....didn't think I wanted it, then it sold out......and all the sudden it looked so much better lol. Joker is my favorite villain of all time, and I knew about the issues as I clicked purchase, so I think Ill enjoy it a lot.

Amazing review and see you switched back to the white back drop bro also I do agree Mezco should release generic bodies I remember writing them asking on releasing the type of blank bodies they use for their one 12 figures since a lot of people would us it to customize the figures even want a Bruce Wayne figure and they playfully joked saying they can't using all the bodies for the figures. Also too in the accessories could've been more even with the hands since it would be cool to have another wide spread hand on his left so when you pop on his laughing face you can make it look more like he does laughing in the comics and cartoons with his heads spread out like that. Even too they could've had a open hand for holding the steel bar which would've also been a great accessory along with a close eye laughing face too and maybe have some purple fedoras to fit on each head too. Lastly, kinda wish they would've did that same wash effect they did on the face on the blank body which still kinda always looked off in the promo pics with him jacketless but still love they gave use that option none the less.

Now that you say it I agree, would be nice if he came with some extra accessories or hands. But despite that i think Mezco's pricing for this figure is still pretty fair at $75. They always have great articulation, look great and come with real outfits. somewhat of a side note comparing exclusive punisher's price to that of classic capt i would then say capt should have came with more accessories for sure. either way I've really been digging what mezco has been dropping. thanks for sharing! great review, can't wait to get mine in and see for myself!

great reveiw!! I like the figure and have one on pre order, but I differently don't like the shiny plastic gloves, makes it look like a cheap toy. the other thing that bugs me is those coat lapels that won't lay flat....they should have put a wire in them. if I decide to keep mine I will also have to fix that vest...by making a green one of some sorts or maybe taking a green fabric marker to it. idk. ...I will have to experiment with it first.

Looks awesome but why they couldnt go for a long jacket look? Even the drawing the got in the flap has that style of tailcoat jacket for the classic Joker look even if doesnt have pinnstripes. Pierre just said they can do movie and TV figures....a Ledger Joker would kill it in this style

The face is great but I am not a fan of the "skinny" body mezco's, just like my Frankenstein one, the clothes just look too baggy on them and the posing is limited. The muscled Batman types seem to look better. IMHO.

2682shark In my opinion they are worth it. They are definitely on another level from other 1:12 scale figures. I don't own any hottoys, but alot of people say these are pretty much as close as anyone can get to hottoys in this scale. If you are interested in them, I'd say start with Modern Cap or Commander Rogers (it's gone down in price to about $60) or BvS Batman.

I'm still mixed on the whole interpretations thing with Mezco but Joker looks...bland. Which is weird as he shouldn't look bland. Yeah, the headsculpts are nicely done but the rest? Kinda boring. Just a mostly purple suit with not a lot of flair or much of anything going on. No flower lapel, no tailcoat, no other colors other than just purple, a white striped shirt and a green tie. It's kind of lame. Personally, I feel like they dropped the ball on Joker.

I really don't understand why they don't do all the main characters from the dark knight returns. Mezco is against accesory packs because they make 3-4 variants of the same figure. Giving that pack could affect the sale of these.
