The only thing keeping me from collecting this line of figures for X-Men is because some of them really suck. This Bishop is nice. With Marvel Legends (with some modifications of head swaps and custom-made jackets made) I was able to get my entire dream team of 17 figures. That Bishop would be a great stand-alone character, especially since the look is so close to his Last X-Man series.

He looks pretty darn good! Conceptually, I'm okay with Bishop having a "thousand yard stare" since he's seen terrible things. That being said I also appreciate that it can be distracting. I hadn't bought a Mezco figure in a long time, but I've got two arriving this week; the Brando Lee Crow arrived today, and Conan the Conqueror arrives tomorrow. I have to admit to being surprised by the flimsiness of the Crow's box (I guess this is a thing now ..?), but so far he's fabulous otherwise. But I digress; solid review as always, thanks again! 😎👍

I'm not going to lie, I mentioned something like this to somebody before I filmed my review. The last few figures I've gotten have been in tins so I completely forgot how cheap the boxes are.

Looks pretty damn good, I don't know why, I'm on the fence with this one. I want him as there isn't too many black figs, but I know mezco takes forever to release anything else that'll match him. I know we have Wolverine & Gambit.

Bishop is a cool character but often portrayed as an American Black, which he is not at all. He is actually an Aboriginal Australian. Let's hope they cast him appropriately in any movie. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aboriginal_Australians
