3 years! Thanks for having the patience to stick to it. Great review! I wish these sets (upcoming Doc Nocturnal set too) were done in plastic; even in this printed thin/walled format, plastic would be superb.

MEZCO's version of the Gill-Man seriously reminds me of the Mer-people from 'Castlevania'. All in all, pretty epic set! I may just have to score one eventually. Excellent review. So glad to see your channel growing, brother.

I got the translucent green Frankenstein years ago, and I love it. I had this pre-ordered forever but canceled it because I wanted to see how it would turn out. I didn't really like the thought of the playset being made of cardboard.

I like the look of the figures, especially the werewolf, I would definitely buy the figures but don’t need that cardboard display, thought it was going to at least be made of plastic! And what the deal with it taking 3 years, that’s insane!!!

Yeah, I was kind of bummed by the fact that it’s made of cardboard myself. I think what I’m going to do is buy a cheap dollhouse off of eBay and repaint it and dress it up to look like a little, spooky haunted house and put the figures in that thing..

And yeah, Mezco is known for taking their sweet ass time in releasing their products. if I didn’t like their toys so much, I wouldn’t put up with it but at this point is kind of a necessary evil we have to deal with if you want to get their products.

My store ordered 10 and none of them have the top of the lab table. Also they only have 1 connecting wire and plug, where there should be at least two. As for the extra piece with the adhesive...it looks as if they changed the design quite a bit after they photographed the prototype for the box and drew those poor instructions. That floor piece does not fit correctly at all. Have contacted Mezco 3 times and only received bot responses that answered no questions.

That sucks, my bruthuh!!!! I tried putting it together once but it felt flimsy as fuck. I love the figures though….so I think I’m just gonna buy a cheap doll house off eBay and repaint it to look like a spooky,little haunted house. Sucks that they had all that time to deliver something great and yet they still fucked it up.

They may say it was a "'mistake" but it was someone"s job to punch them out and fold them. And are you telling me they didn't have a checklist of everything that went into the box? I guess we need to start flooding them with calls on Monday. Would be more forgiving if it didn't take 2 years 3 plus months to get. @@bionicvampireninja5061

This set was first put up for pre-order in October 2021. Not quite 3 years, but close enough. I was going to preorder this set back then, but I figured it would be on sale on BBTS later. WHICH IT IS RIGHT NOW! I don't really want it anymore. It's cool, just clutter. I wanted to see more of the castle, so build it pleeeasseee
