FYI The splines on the reduction hub would have been a very tight fit on the stub shaft originally and secured the split circlip in place. There was a special MF puller made for removing the hub carrier. They do wear with use and when really worn the play can be felt by rocking the wheel when jacked just clear of the ground

Wery nice video ... i have a massey ferguson 65 . But same rear axsel as yours . But book say to put a shims there to take away slag ( tire wobble woble a lot in and out) do you know where to Put the shims ?? Thanks a lot for your help and vidro allso . Michell norwau .. ( channel MF65) 🚜😊

Great video. I changed the seals inn the front axle when it was off. Now I’m going to change in the back. How did you got the inner seal back on? Hammer and tube?

Gareth Mcnally ha ha unfortunately the only pipe I had of the correct size to punch the bearing in was the brand new exhaust. It’s was still in the wrapping for safe storage.
