"Englishness" as defined by 20th-century writers in England is influenced by postcolonial immigrants, race, and religion. Writers to be discussed include Zadie Smith, V.S. Naipaul, Mohsin Hamid, Nadeem Aslam, Hanif Kureishi, and Salman Rushdie.

*Anglo-Saxon.* Your DNA, is the best definition of your Homeland, Heritage and Nation. Yes, Anglo-Saxons originate in S. Scandinavia although all Europeans are a mix of Homo Sapien and Neanderthal (the most emotionally intelligent species) and once had the same culture, language and identity to begin with, before splitting into Sub Tribes.
