I really have to thank you, after much searching, video watching, I couldn’t fix my printer problem. Then after e\watching this video and finding a piece of plastic under the printer head, (why? It was there ?) the printer now works beautifully and hopefully can get another 5 years out of it. Again thank you 🙏
