There are a few things to try 1. Start with the circle This one's the sexiest and easiest. All you need to do is feel the joints of your hip and shoulder and make a circle. 2. look for some online lessons to follow. (I read these and more tips from Gabs Mover Crusher website )

Awesome. I have a couple of Vas' CDs & they are just marvelous to listen to as-is, very evocative of ancient times. And now we can enjoy watching this ethereal interpretation of the music. I think this performance evokes the same "going back to the roots" vibe. The tribal fusion choreo, costume & outdoor setting make this video a feast for the senses.
