It’s unburnt fuel getting in to the exhaust. As you notice he isn’t popping when he’s putting a load on it. Ignition times and heavy modifications do that. If you want the pops buy the bmw s1000rr

Casual Car Guy It's fuel that did not burn when it entered the Cylinders. It's burning on the way out, inside the Exhaust System. Pops & Bangs / Flamers can be achieved through software patches for the ECU. ECU Patches or fully Modified Tables are used for 2 Step. The easiest way to get similar results on a low budget is via an After Market or Modified Exhaust and Run Cold Spark Plugs. Or use Run Cold Spark Plugs and a reduced Exhaust Baffle Tip to hold a little more back pressure. The last method I have mentioned produces multiple Pops & Bangs on the Rev Limiter. The best results are produced on Engines that have EGR Valves.

Nop, the only thing who suffers is the exhaust, especially for long silencers that heats more, which is not the case

mfpmatias youre valves sufer a lot. And your bike is not running good if it shoot flames like that. Those flames are because your engine is not burning all that fuel and unburned fuel goes into your exhaust. Maybe you are losing some horsepower too

the unburned fuel is because of the launch control limited to the 6000rpm, if i disabled the launch control the bike doesnt shoot flames at all!!

This bike still has a catalytic converter? I am assuming you are burning it up and that is the sparks. If you remove that (if you have it) you will get pure blue flame I think. That’s the way my bike was at least.

I had a custom built 998cc 2 cylinder engine for my chopper years back.. When i ran race gas that flame would shoot out bright blue it looked like an f-15 with afterburners crankin lol.. With fuel injection in todays bikes its hard to obtain this without sacrificing performance in a big way.. you can always put a butane or propane tank with a bill or the actually still kits if you actually want Flames but nothing beats old-school carbureted bikes that'll burn your eyeballs if you follow behind one getting on it
