So I have a question I’m an over the road truck driver and I’m using a blue tiger headset and it’s been ok but after 5 years it’s time to upgrade it I’m looking for a headset that can hookup to my cellphone and lessen to music and take callers any ideas

I actually did this to my k5 about 6 months ago. they're a blast! it made my 4 year old forget how to talk for like 30 seconds while he was figuring out the sound of his own voice! it was hilarious. after that I couldn't get him to stop talking. good stuff!
For far less money you can buy aviation intercom systems that do the same thing. Rugged air head phones and a Flightcom Model IISX Voice Activated Portable Aviation Intercom that uses a 9v battery can get the job done for way less and you can have music as well.

My K5 had no muffler when I got it, it was straight pipes. Once I went with flow master 40s, it was way better, although I have the hardtop still

I owned a 2 door 79 Cherokee Golden Eagle edition form for a few months back in the day. And I'm pretty sure my 80 cj7 was a repainted Golden Eagle. It had the Golden Eagle stock wheels anyways.

Way too expensive. Get the price below $500 for intercom and two headsets and you'll have a popular item.

Rugged Radios is a shyster. They are taking inexpensive radios, such as the Baofeng UV-5R, rebranding them, programming them with frequencies they shouldn't be using and selling them for ten times what the original radio would cost.

This video could have been good but this guy tries to be too dramatic. Cheesy.

entertaining. Had I known that giving info - like you asked for feedback - was causing such chagrin. good luck with the channel, I'm out.

And you missed the point.... when you shoot with a shotgun, you've got to expect collateral damage.

You're going to need far thicker skin if you want to post anything informational anywhere. While your opinion of the law is yours, it will suck the life out of you if you spend your life arguing with people who have other opinions. About that HAM thing, radio frequencies are used to cook meat - if you don't want to be that meat, you should probably learn how not to do that. I don't know where you get your information, but the USFS, SAR, many small fire districts and even some police still use commercial band radio. However, it is like driving, no, you don't need a license to drive - but it does standardize the training and at least give you a chance of living happily with other drivers. You'll note I never mentioned anything about how illegal it is in most states to wear headphones while driving.... mostly because it would prevent you from hearing sirens.
