* THERE IS NO MILEAGE FOR MILEAGE LOVER, IT WILL COST YOU 10RS / KM, i am getting max 10 KMPL in city and on Highway it Differs from 17-22 ( 17 when drive in 100-110, 22 - when drives between 70-85 ) , already spend 38000 INR for 4000 KM current mileage in NEW Delhi

Mileage to Punch jaisi 1200cc with 3 cylinder engine aur Astor se 300mm chhoti car bhi City me 12 ka average deti hai... To iss hisaab se Astor ka 10 ka average thik hi hai...but highway pe minimum 16 ka milega for sure cruising around 2k rpm. #Astor MT

Yes nice analysis. Astor is a upper segment car.. and people should compare car of similar length, weight and engine ... u will see others taking 3-5 lakhs more to provide features like astor.

Thanks a lot for sharing the information sir. Kind request : 1. Could you please make vide on Astor boot space usage. I heard that even though in paper it claims more than 450 ltr, the practicality is very less. 2. Its panaromic sunroof and the heat protection sheet beneath it which people say its like a very thin net and not as hard as its other competitors

1. Boot is Manageable. Please checkout my Trip videos on astor. All i can say is if you want to use suitcase then there are 3-4 suitcases you can fit in . I use bootspace as a bed along with rear seat folded so my luggage mostly in loose... like in small bags etc etc... 2. Reason because i live in Delhi city where 8 out of 12 months require to run AC in car i have not opted for sunroof model. Panaromic sunroof is pain in almost all car as u cant have a solid sheet below it as it needs to rolled down instead a slide one in smaller sunroof. But sunroof looks good on car... if you are from North and summer is hot then i suggest never take a full size sunroof... otherwise u will struggle always for AC cooling specially in a Petrol Car...

@@RanasSpaceThanks for the reply. Only top end comes with 6 airbags, ventilation seats and 360 degree camera which are really needed....but unfortunately panaromic sunroof also comes along with it. Wish they were like Tata... to have with & without sunroof option.

Hi informative video..i was about to book astor sprint as my running is very low n it satisfies my need but i saw facelift of astor about to launch soon(already launched in Thailand MG vs hev) now I'm confused will it launch or not i thaught u would have some insights also Astor haven't received any major update from 2021 since its launch...

bro i suggest to wait if you are not in hurry. recently MG motors & JSW has partnered for upcoming EV and other vehicles from MG. i have heard that MG can use Fiat engines in upcoming models for better fuel efficiency & power.

@@radhesyam1238 bro when i did test it was winter plus no traffic hence mileage was coming 13-15... but since summer started it gave 7-9 with AC... hence this Car is big no for city ride with AC...

I wish you had kept the speed as normal driving on expressway. We would have got a better idea if the speed was around 90-100 km. This is not a practical way to test the milage.

hi thanks for watching, i am going to make a test soon where i will drive only between 90-110 and from that video i hope query for such user will be resolved. i am making series of mileage test so that i can give idea of mileage in a range of 70-80, 80-100 or 90-110 ... mixing all speed and giving in a single test for me seems confusing.

Hi purchasing vehicle is very easy these days but maintaining it is a challenge. MG Astor is value for money product when you compare others MG providing best features and more features then other, it has class, quality interiors. MG service and showroom experience is also better than other. This car has 2 issues. Mileage and Performance... if you never drove a Turbo petrol or Diesel car then performance is not a Issue and if you drive on open roads or Highways then Mileage is also not a issue... In Delhi city traffic while doing frequent short rides it gives me 6-8 to with AC during this hot summer.

Hi i would suggest if you have Electric meter in your parking and electricity is not a issue in your city and you don't often drive more than 200 km then Electric vehicle is a Great choice...

if you have driven diesel vehicle or turbo petrol for longer time then you will feel underpower but if you are coming from a smaller petrol non turbo vehicle , you will feel same... and if you coming form CNG then there is no difference for you.

Hi city Mileage is still questionable... before first service it was 6-7, after that it came to 8-10 .. 2nd service just completed before these 2 Mileage Tests. I am yet to test in City... these figures are without AC . My running is less in cities so i can Manage plus i came from a diesel vehicle which is sold in 8 years because of NCR rules...
