MG Honda Jet issues following an update within MSFS2020?

The yaw damper issue. I read somewhere that it is used above certain alt. I wonder if the honda is just turning it off because it doesn't need it. Like the light switches that won't work. No matter how you set the lights they do what they want, and when they want. The speed brake acts like a drag chute. The anti ice system has no effect. The vnav using descent path on climb. All verbal warnings missing. And yet it's still one of my favorite planes to fly in the sim, love it, and I highly recommend it!

Hi, thanks for the input. The YD was my fault, for some reason my Airbus side stick was conflicting with it but I have now re mapped that control on the side stick.

Since a few days ago, the Throttlelevers do the same thing as your Alt-change. I check if they work, yes they do (For a few minutes), then I do the Prefight and type in my Flightplan. After that I cant even start the Engines, because the Throttlelever wont work. Even if I try it with the Mouse directly. And in Steeringoptions the Buttons show the correct Action. That sucks. Sorry about my poor english.

Your English is fine, there was an update for the Honda Jet available in your content manager, have you installed this & has your problem started since then. If not install the update and see what happens?

@@golfsierrahotel4806 Yes, I installed the update. I guess it's because of that. I've only had this problem since a few days.

Great video! I'm having the same issues with the Bravo... This was my favorite jet until the update. My question is when is it gonna be fixed?? It's May... Also seem to have lost altitude call outs on final...

Navigraph are working on a fix for the flight plan issue as I type this, the ATC call outs has been an issue since SU5 2 years ago and it has yet to be resolved by Asobo/Microsoft. I have just lost ATC again for the 2nd time today, all I hear are the responses from the first officer, I tried using using VATSIM for real ATC call outs but that has issues as well if you watch my latest video.

Afraid I can't help you with the Bravo other than suggest a delete and remap of the button. Never seen the problem with the Yaw Damper, (probably wrong) but I put it on on the ground and it goes on and stays on. Perhaps check for a conflict with other control settings? There is another bug I thought you were going to mention, when using VNAV climb and the HJet capturing and levelling off at the first descent altitude constraints during thd climb phase. Seems that is something ASOBO/Working Title are fixing in SU12.

FLIGHTFX are aware of the issue now as others have posted on their Discord channel, they are looking for a fix. Interesting to read about VNAV though, I will look at this later today, thanks for the input.

tried it in the honda and the vision jet and it seems to be only the honda

Yes, I also fly the Sirrus and it is only the Honda, they are aware of this issue and trying to find a fix!

The avionics will just go off, come on, go off, stay off! And the auto pilot FLC will not let you adjust speed even when you go into sim options and turn off auto throttle. Was a great Jet until this update. I deleted the jet and reinstalled and still having same issues. Xbox

Hi,thanks for this, it seems that there are multiple issues since the update which is a tragedy as I for one thought the jet was excellent. i know the update has added some realism to the flight dynamics but for me its killed too many other things!

Frustrating but they are aware of the issue on Discord, I've also lost Navigraph charts in the Honda but they are working fine in the Sirrus Vision Jet.

​@@golfsierrahotel4806That's because the HJet is now using the AAU1 Working Title system and for licensing reasons they've at present had to remove Navigraph integration. The Vision jet hasn't as yet been updated so you still have the Navigraph charts (at least for the time being).

@@I_Evo Thanks for the reply, that's very interesting, without the Navigraph integration I would not fly either aircraft to be honest as for me its a fundamental and important feature.

So how long before they fix these bugs? If they don't this once magnificent jet is complete junk!

Sadly its up the Honda Jet team to sort out the Navigraph issue, until they do then we are stuck with something that is not worth flying.
