After buying the vehicle, we automatically get gaana subscribtion and airtel Sim recharge for upto 3 years....after that we need to recharge by ourselves like this.

I don't think it's feasible, cuz MG might be collabing with airtel to provide special service for their vehicles and have a custom plan set for them. Thats why in my MG app we can only find Airtel recharge as default.

If u have recharged from ur own MG app account, then it will work for sure...If it's not even working after confirming that, contact your nearest mg showroom and tell them.

Go to the app info and Try to clear the app cache, app data & forecestop the app. After that, uninstall the app and reinstall it again. Now, try to login again by linking your car with the registered mobile number ans the issue might be fixed.

Then there might be sever issue with their system or technical problem with binding your car. So contact MG toll free number or service center and tell them the issue.
