Your quality of videos, content, silent recording skills, everything makes it look like a VR. Keep them coming! Also we are curious to know why did you choose silver? personal choice or just to avoid unwanted attention or any other reason, why not white.. may be you can make a video on that.. Your comment made my day 😍🙂😍🙂🙂🙂🙂 It's a booster for me to make more and more videos 😀😀 When I choose the colour silver the main reason was that I didn't wanted to have a colour which requires a lot of maintenance. Even white doesn't require too much maintenance but it needs to be kept clean all the time however in silver even if there is some dust on the vehicle the car looks ok. Let me tell you mg is not going to discontinue that vehicle because that is how they are trying to attract customers the reason why they have stop the sale of the base variant is that there are a lot of demands and it requires some time for them to deliver the vehicles. The best way to attract customers for this vehicle and if they remove that a lot of people won't even look at MG so it is important for them to keep it in shelf. And in the meanwhile they would try to sell you a better model

@@prakashparadisee already done :). I got another suggestion in the WhatsApp group, which kind of falls in between the two methods you've shown here. One has to open the glove box and remove a white coupler from the socket and then reconnect it again. Haven't tried it yet though.

Any idea on defogger.. everytime you use defogger it turns on the AC and then manually you have to turn off ac as well. Any idea about that?

Defogger needs heat and it channelise the same on the windshield directly! Any car would turn it's ac on for heat! That completely normal and it happens in every car with auto AC! It it there only to speed up the process! Once you are done- just say "turn off ac" and you are done! Hope this helps Feel free to revert

@@prakashparadisee Ac turns on is totally fine, but once we turn off the defogger the ac should also be turned off at the same time. Everytime we need to turn off the defogger and then go to the AC tab and turn it off... thats doesnt make any sense.

I keep getting this issue. Have to literally remove the negative all the time and wait for 20 minutes before fixing it back again. What I understand that at those point MG does not have any permanent fix for this. Nice video. I am also getting other issues like multiple type abnormalities even if it’s inflated at 32. Getting a milage of 3.5 or best case 8.

I think MG will fix this with better software updates!! The jio connection isn't that bad!! Your mileage is too low! Which city do you live in? What car are you driving? Which engine? Would like to talk about it!!

You are getting very very low mileage! The CVT owners are getting 17-18 on highways! Would suggest you to - change the petrol pump from where you are getting the gas filled. 2. Tyre pressure 3. Drive constant speed without over Acceleration

The AI Robot in the Astor Savvy CVT is not audible anymore. It's working perfectly fine and listening to all my directions. But for some strange reason, it's voice has gone. Any idea on how it can be resolved??

Resetting the whole system should help! Pressing the home key for about 15 secs and then reboot will occur! I too faced this issue once but just by turning off the ignition and turning it back on, solved the issue

I aso have similar issue. I was having network issue too so had to disconnect battery. It did resolve my issue but it resets everything including AI bot. So when i connect using procedure given it says connected but connection status shows disconnected. So now AI bot doesnt respond nor changes any skins/theme. Lemme know if u have any solution for this. Thanks

Frankly speaking NO. Car ka service center should be max 40kms away! Koi bhi problem aati hai then you will have to face lot of problems! Sorry but i can't recommend in this situation 😔

@@prakashparadisee yah...it was an issue with Astor ... Negative terminal removal fixed the network issue however now TPMS gone for a toss ;) Showing no readings for TPMS and also ISmart app showing vehicle status as unknown :(...

Hi Prakash, nice videos..thanks for updates on Astor. I am planning to book one in next month. So need your advice on a few points. I am planning to go for CVT just for mileage. 1. So can I expect mileage of 17 - 18 on highway and 15 in city? 2. How about maintenance cost? Are there any good warranty plans from MG? 3. how effective is AC in hot summer due to sunroof? 4.how is body roll and stability at speeds of 100 to 120 particularly while taking turning at corners? 5. Have you applied ceramic / PPF? If so what's the cost and how effective is it? Sorry for a long query. Hope you can guide me properly. Thank you

Surely i will reply to all your questions. 1. Your expectations for highway is 17-18 is correct! But in city expect arround 12-13 2. Maintenance cost is around 27000 for 5 years! Except brakes and other parts replacement! If you plan to take the service package take the classic one nothing other than that. 3. The AC seems to be very effective and has not given me any trouble what so ever frankly speaking living in Lucknow I haven't used the AC at maximum coldest temperature till now. 4. This car is not a proper SUV due to which this car tackles high speed very nicely. The body role is lesser as compared to an SUV and more as compared to a Sedan but at a very low level. 5. I did made a dedicated video on ceramic coating and PPF and I have not done anything on the car body.

And how about warranty clauses... Skoda sales person in my place offered 4yrs + 2 yrs extended warranty on all parts of the car like... Complete AC unit, steering related system, wiring etc ... excluding breaks n clutch plates.... Is there any similar package available for Astor also?

I know why it makes that sound!! 😊😊 You don't need to go to the service center! The emergency braking system is turned on- wherever there is a pediatrician near to the sensor, it acts like that! Now to reduce is greeehhhh sound what you can do is- put the sensitivity level in emergency braking system at low! The sound will reduce by 70% That's the thing Fell free to reply 😁

All these negative reviews are coming from those people who have never even used it I am connected with so many people and none of them have complaint about any kind of engine issue. No doubt there are some software bugs which needs to be updated but nothing major which should concern you. Almost 4500 vehicles have already been sold and if a consumer would have complaint something I would have definitely agreed to your statement.

I would suggest you to reset it once! If the problem remains get your ECU reset! If still there is an issue then company will take care of it 😄

Yesterday I faced this issues on my 1.5 cvt savvy. I restarted the car 3 4 times but the network doesn't come. So I tried the last method and it worked for me. Thank you so much for the solution. It helps me a lot because MG showroom is around 250km far from my location. After the reset, my JiioSaavn got reset and starts asking me for login/sign-up. Are there any another issues one can face after battery unplug method?
