thank you po doc.❤️ oo nga po doc, grabe ang sacrament. nung una, ang paniniwala ko nuon parang walang nangyayari, parang normal lang. pero kapag hindi mo man maipaliwanag nang lubos sa sarili mo pero nauunawaan mo na sya, may craving na doc. at higit sa lahat nararamdaman mo na yung ginagawa nito sa sarili mo (dahan-dahan, unti-unti). at nagugulat ka na rin sa sarili mo. at pati ang mga nakapaligid sa'yo napapansin din. naku doc, lalo na patience, at yung madaling magalit (hindi ka naman bugnutin). basta malaki ang nagbabago sa'yo sa approach mo sa paligid mo. at higit sa lahat, hindi talaga manggagaling sa sarili mong kakayanan, hihingin mo talaga doc na kung pwede ibigay sa'yo yung grasya para mawala yung hindi magandang ugali na 'yun na meron ako.. grabe, grabe.. at talagang sobra ang pasasalamat ko sa Diyos, sa pagbibigay ng sakramento, paano na kaya kung wala ito. super salamat sa Diyos talaga doc. at salamat din sa inyo na nagbibigay ng mga ganitong aral, reminders at enlightenment. salamat po ulit.
