what I need is a demonstration of how to cut the neck for the dog bowl, how to brace the cut neck, and how to attach the neck in the resonator guitar. this aslways gets handwaved away in instructional videos.

How about publishing a video showing how it sounds? This video is 2 years old. I think you've had enough time. Shane Speal and CB Gitty have put out a few of them over the same timeframe.
