This is amazing!!! Question though, I created an email template and want to attach a questionnaire from my “smart file” section. How do I get the link for the questionnaire in the email? The question form doesn’t give me an embedded link it just says “use template” and when I choose that I have to click new project or exhausting project. I’m trying to create an email template for my mini sessions that will include a questionnaire.

So glad it was helpful! In order to do that you'll have to click on the project you want to send the questionnaire too. Select the smart file or questionnaire you have created and click "review email" before sending it you can choose the email template you created beforehand to be attached to the questionnaire. In the email section the bottom toolbar has "templates" with an arrow pointing down that should be a drop down menu of all your email templates you created and you can choose from one of those. Then you will have your email template and the attached file ready to send to your client. Hope that helps.

Thank you SOO much for the step by step process!! This is amazing! *One Quick Question, once we set up the contact form is there a way to automatically send the new client a "thank you for reaching out" type email?

You are so welcome Amanda! And a couple things, you can setup the contact form to redirect to a custom url so if you had like welcome page for new clients you can send them to that instead of a default thank you page. Or you can go into your automations and create an email (or a series of emails) to send to everyone who fills out your contact form (just be sure to assign the automation to default contact form). So it's a bit more work, but absolutely you can do that :)

Thank you for this amazing content! New sub here. You answered a lot of my questions. So it looks like you have to have a separate website as well. What do you recommend? I am pretty positive I want to use Honeybook because it looks professional but I have no idea what website platforms work well with it. I will be buying my supplies over the next couple of months and I want everything to look professional from the start.

Is there a way to just link your HoneyBook site to your ig? Like the whole flow from service to questions to payment?

What is the first step to your workflow? You can definitely link either your scheduling page or your contact page to your IG and then if you created a workflow after that it should work just fine.
