I am in the process of researching all the different aspects needed to set up my new business. I already have Trello on my list of apps to use as I use it currently but not to its full potential. Hey Ashlyn - I’m loving this tutorial and have a question for you or anyone who has advice - do you invite your clients to your Asana or Trello current clients or leave them set with Honeybook. I can’t figure out the best workflow for working with my 1:1 clients and use both Honeybook and Asana right now. I just feel like I have so many things all over the place and am feeling like I need an outside the box perspective.

Hey, Kelly! So we do NOT invite clients into our own Asana (used to be Trello, now Asana). That's where OUR agency runs things, but our clients ONLY see Honeybook for deadlines. Internally we absolutely use Asana to track their project tasks. My goal is to give them as little as possible to check in on or manage ... I always think "how can we make this more white glove/Ritz Carlton-like" ha. I know the other side could be argued, but that's the place I landed!
