You can ask it or guess it with the armor piece i guess, but here are the skills : attack boost 7, crit eye 7, crit boost 3, weakness exploit 3, speed sharpening 3 (and the rest don't really matter) and the charm is attack boost 3 slot 3

that tigrex hammer only deal 220 raw damage, why the combo itself able to deal 1000+ damage?

Because of hit zone value and difference between raw and true raw. Damage calculations are complexe in monster hunter games

how do u have silkbind boost as rampage skill?

you have to rampu up the hammer before upgrading at the maximum, you have to do it at the 4th upgrade (War Mace) before going into tigrex's tree
