Those so called heros may of gotten the text but I seriously doubt they look at it maybe thinking it wasn't that big of a deal maybe thought he was sending them useless stuff so in turn that left 3 students to fight the hero killer on there own then here's comes the police who gave all the credit to the one person todoroki hates for all we know he may be rubbing into into todoroki face on how much more better then he is compared to his child's maybe gloating that he did it sounds like him since he has no shamed in being abusive to his kids and wife he should of know ice and fire quirks there could be problems all because shoto doesn't seem to show any doesn't mean there's nothing there for all we know his opposite sides could be a weakness like ice to fire and fire to ice

@@rinn9534 To be fair, the city was under attack from a bunch of Nomus. People were distracted. It's exactly why Stain was active at that time. Everyone was so focused on the Nomus no one was prepared to deal with him. He probably sent it to a group chat but Todoroki is the only one who noticed. Plus he was Midoriyas best friend and he's very loyal to his friends. When you need help right now, Todoroki will drop everything to be there for you. Combined with his long range quirk that kept Stain at a distance (mostly) and overall strength he was the ideal choice.
